Going Too Far Now- Kinda Urgent

A few days ago, i attempted to buy crystals using onebip, i was charged but no crstals recieved. I contacted the help service on both the company and tanki's side and both claimed not to have recieved anything. 

 

Today, i tried to pay using "Fortumo", i payed succesfully, however i did not recieve the full amount of crystals... About a tenth of what I payed for, I can't even report this to tanki as they did not provide a number to text, but they texted me a code and it was done online. When they recieved payment I was redirected back to tanki. 

 

This has crossed the line now as ive lost £20 to this which i see as a  scam/fraud. How can I contact tanki as I am not able to contact tanki via the report button as the SMS payment is different to the template given on the report form.
