No Crystal Buyer but skilled and loyal!

Hi, this is about Crystals! There are players that play a lot of hours and have good skills, but do not have money to buy crystal...would be nice to have a system where Tanki Online can tell which player is loyal to the game to offer him some kind of extra gifts or especial pass to earn the double of crystals in one or several battles when getting one of the 3 first scores without affecting the earnings of the other players or something like that :p

Why I suggest something like this? well currently I'm a Second Lieutenatan and I don't have money to buy Crystals since I verily can pay the internet connection :P. (in real live I work so guess I'm over my 20s )

I get into the 3 first scores in battles around 80% of the times, so yes I could tell that I'm a skilled player, but the problem I'm facing now is that even thought I win more crystals that most of the people but I don't think I will be able to buy good upgrades in the next ranks just because the crystal I earn wont be enough to get the next upgrades (they too expensive after m1) and the good paints are also far from my earnings. am I right? So what I think will happens is that when I get Major I wont have a good tank to keep playing buyers, and I will have to leave the game :( 

I've trying with this account to save the most and always get first places in battles, I also play a lot of hours! 

 

Most of the players in my situation are really skilled, in my view we are a important base for the whole game keeping a high level of competitiveness, well until we get out of crystals at the higher ranks. I think without this big majority the buyers wont have enough skilled players to play with at higher ranks, or even if the buyers are many is too bad for the others to stop a nice career just because money! wont you guys want to see many like my playing as Generallisimo? of course with a decent tank…  and now with the Micro Upgrades it will be harder to keep up with buyers I think (I played a lot in the MicroUp test server)

I think buyers should keep always and advantage but also I think No-buyers should have more facilities of earning Crystal depending of their skills and hours of playing!!

 

I really would like to have some cash to buy Crystals but is not happening so far, so now I'm wondering if I will be able to get a good tank as Generallisimo within a decent period of time earning crystals as I do so far. also I wonder if Tanki cares about keeping No-buyers playing for long time…

I really like the game so please Tanki help us :)

Ideas on the Tanki Online feedback, but personally, I don't think it should or will happen. Tanki Online already gives you a free game, and it's your choice if you want to donate or not. The hard-working players serve no purpose except to play (unless they do something for Tanki like being a moderator or Consultant) and if you want to work hard, work hard on contests, the Tanki Online developers give lots of crystals to contest winners.

Firstly I don't think you will lack crystals at high ranks. At low rank you always have enough rank (to buy a modification) but not enough crystals. At my rank I roughly have enough to crystals to keep up with my rank. At higher ranks I suspect that you will have enough crystals, but not enough rank. Judging by my current income, which is about 20-40k crystals per week, I will have enough for two M3 modification (around 500k)  a good while before reaching the required rank.

 

As far as your idea, I doubt double fund will ever be implemented, but I think something like an increasing gift for every day you log in should be implemented. Say on day one you get 1 supply or 100 crystals, day two 2 supplies or 200 crystals and day 20 - 20 supplies or 2000 crystals, until you reach the max and stay at the max until you forget to log in and start at the beginning. Like many games it will also increase activity. As always you are free to post ideas in feedback, I've posted this idea here.

Maybe if u dont upgrade anything but just a specific tank and a cheap paint, and hoping in higher ranks you can earn more crystals.

My case: I got 2 hulls at m1 and 2 turrets at m1, Alien paint and few cheap paints, I could saved the crystals of the second M1 turret and hull I bought and maybe the Alien paint, but playing all the way up to Generallisimo with only one tank will be really boring. If i add all the crystals earned so far it will be like 115.000 in total and guessing I make other 115.000 until high ranks wont be enough to get even one m3 upgrade, not even a top paint. 

Ya the game is free but I'm just talkin more about keeping competitiveness at higher ranks!

Truste me I'm top player at my rank and I'm also good at mats, and I know with my current ratio of incomes I wont get up there. Just to get one full tank M3 with a good paint will cost around 900.000 just for a single good tank. (I'm playing around 4 hours a day 3-4 days per week)

 

Aslo my idea of double earning and so is just an idea of many solutions that Tanki could consider. Any way I'm ranking up quickly so I'll post later to tell what happened, I hope my impressions are wrong!

 

btw would be nice to be part of the Tanki staff, where do you apply for that? I could work in english or spanish ! can I be staff with my current rank?

This is why you shouldn't spend too much on paints. I know plenty of players above Captain who use Forester.

I dont get what people are complaining about i already have one m1 turrent and still have 5k crystals i get 500 to 1000 each day , i am pretty sure when i get wo2 i will hornet m1.And i havent donated yet , oh yeah wait untill sales , they are quite often.

When needing crystals I concentrate on getting crystals and very often a lower table postion reward + boxes gives the most crystals.

 

Also u can b in the 1st 3, but u need 2 b on the winning side on the right map etc.  Have u tried 100 kills silence DM?.

then try polygon 100 kills  DM - i had a 1st place in  1 hour few days ago - total fund 2200c 

 

if your total 200c, then  for 600xp is 3xp/c.

much 2 high. u will die of crystal starvation when u rank up..

OP, just small advice. The way to generalissimo is very, very long unless you spend an insane amount of time every day. Try to earn efficiently, if you rank up fast, faster you'll be facing stronger tanks. Leave battles when is obvious you can't win, staying only means more score(ranking up eventually) with almost no reward and finally, do NOT buy multiple tank/weapon, for a non buyer is impossible buy higher modifications of several tanks/weapons. Stick with one combo until M3, buy only with discount. The purchase order should be weapon/tank/paint(be careful with paints, eventually get outdated and those crystals won't came back). Good luck.

So lest say you play like this: 5 hours per day 7 days per week, and you win 1000 crystals each battle = (5 battle ,1 hour per battle) means you get 5000 crystals per day x 7 days = 35000 crystal per week... I don't think anyone can do that even if playing full of drugs, just because sometimes server goes down, or your team make you lose or the battle quits due lack of players, also because  you match other drugers, etc...

 

I've play 7 days per week and I'll never will get close to that. Please make a weekly video  for us!!

I think I rank up every week, so lets say I make those 35,000 crystals, we have 26 ranks = 26 weeks, now we got 26 x 35,000 = 910,000 crystals.

as i said those 910,000 will only give one tank with M3 things and one top paint, of course only if you don't buy anything else but just one turret and one hull and no decent paints until you get Marshal or so. now you'll say we get days of sale right?, then seriously, tell me who will play 5 hours per day 7 days per week and earn 35,000 crystals? LOL I know people that could play the whole day but even they will need one day a week to rest up, including me!

 

I recognize Tanki is a pioneer world wide, as I post because I care destroying some tanks online, so lets make it closer to world wide incomes :)  internet is almost everywhere as Pro gamers and 1 dollar there could be a lot in here!

Again I am thinking more about a game full of skill and fun than anything else

now! 900,000 crystals cost today $555 USD ($277 USD with 50% off) so that is $277 USD for ONE tank fully upgrade (if you have the cash!)

 

any way I havent do the whole matt is required to really know the cost for all the M3 with few good paint, just because I donk care the money just the fun with tanks!... but still 900.000 crystals is a lot for one tank if you can't boost your account with some cash within the current crystals system.

Of course that is not how Tanki do their numbers but a player does!

Mr_love, I totally understand your reasoning, and I agree with you. The only reason I am trying to show a brighter side, is because Tanki will not do anything about it. Their economy is very thought through, which forces you to pay them if you don't have the patience and time to play alone, and leaves at the very verge of leaving, with barely enough crystal income to keep you interested (don't get me wrong, hundreds of players leave tanki for this reason).

 

Maybe I exaggerated my weekly income and game time - I also have a life filled with work, education and many other things, and though I do have adequate free time to relax and play, it isn't nearly enough to keep up with donators.

 

As far as upgrading just one tank and hull, yes, I have no argument about that, it gets dull and boring, but it's the only way to survive. I don't know what your favorite combination is - I use Hornet + Rail and I'm always surprised at the dynamic and fun games I can have. Sure there are days when I'm trudging around winning or losing small battles (or big battles), I usually put on some movie to keep me company, but once in a while that game comes which is super exciting and I could never be happier that I have my trusty Rail.

 

I also want to give some credit to Tanki for making this game free for everyone, and not having any of those annoying adds (they annoy me to pieces, tbh) and having quality server maintenance, good community management and never ending development and expansion. Not many games offer that. There is only one currency (not "normal" and "premium" like so many games), and everyone can be equal if they have the will to put in the effort.
