Members should be allowed to post in the Complaints section of the forum

I've already posted this on Feedback.

 

This should come into force because many people are getting banned for trying to help; I've seen people get banned for posting something that helped the player out. The fact that members can't reply to topics there in the first place in absurd in its own way. Members should be able to help; some of us have just as much Tanki knowledge, even more than Consultants, moderators and even the Community Managers. In every other part of the forum, members are allowed to post replies which help other people and so I'm not seeing what's so special about the Complaints section. Granted, some members do make off-topic posts in there but why is it they get in trouble in the Complaints yet 'acceptable' in all other parts of the forum.

The mods, especially FlipSquad, are going crazy giving week bans to people who totally didn't deserve it.

 

If a member doesn't know an answer then they shouldn't say anything; the people who know their thing about Tanki are being deprived of helping because of people who don't know? Absurd. If false info is given, then a mod/other member can come and correct them which means even more people are helped from one thread which prevents replicas.

Seriously: At the moment there are 2 sections - Complaints Violators and Problems & Solutions.

 

 

Violators is mainly for reporting hackers. Players are NOT needed there. There's nothing 'people with more knowledge than the Tanki Staff' can do there. This section is to post your report, a Consultant to come and guide you if you need more proof/better pic, etc. (if necessary) and then everything is in Mods' hands. They'll come, ban and lock the topic. As I said, players' assistance is absolutely pointless there.

 

However, you're free to offer help in the Problems & Solutions section. Good luck.

Age isn't important if you're good. Be on the forum/chat, help every day, do it regularly. Admins will see what you do and when you apply, they won't be so strict about age.

You can apply whenever you want. If you get denied - ok, you atleast tried.

Since you have already posted this in the feedback section and since this topic has been addressed in other post on the forum, i will close this and we will wait and see what the developers will do.
