I was so excited that I'm able to buy wasp m2 at 50% but now the russian community spoiled the whole excitement.

There's no difference between percentage and total number of votes per hulls. Percentage is just another states when voted numbers per hulls are too large to compare to total voters.

Exact my thoughts too. I guess each player have a couple of pc's and multiplied the votes.

There are some ways to vote multiple times, I won't say how, because we don't want even more "fake" votes. I'm just saying this voting is, unfortunately again, not really what it should be. :(

Per computer/memory. If you clean your cookies, you could vote again. If it was IP address, family members couldn't vote if one already did.
