My account has been stoled before the rebalance and I send help@tankionline.com a e-mail and they give me a list to complete it but they wrote for me what wepons do you have and how many crystal do you have I can't complete them because I don't know what I have and even the website that he stoled my account  is not using so please if you may tankionline Mod please give me my account back on this email : majd-bishara@hotmail.com .

I have benn playing on it before the new Graghics .

Mods do not have the permission to give you access to an account. If you don't remember, just mention that, and try to remember as many weapons and hulls as you can. I'm sure they'll find a way to prove it's yours.

No the Mods will not make your case a priority, because there is usually a lineup of people with account issues. If you cannot prove that the account is yours, there is no way to get it back. What if I claimed that your account was mine, but I didn't remember the weapons? The Mods wouldn't help me get your account.

 

I'm not accusing you of claiming an account that's not yours, but with no proof of ownership, you won't be able to get it back.

But hey do you know when it stoled  2 days before the rebalance so after the rebalance you can't know if that some one who has been stole it made something in it or bought something

even I don't know how he change the password cause the account had a production the no body with out tanki online company can change the password so please I want a answer from a administrator or a Mod .
