Chat glitch.

I'm getting annoyed by this glitch:

I've been contacting help@tankionline.com for a while and they kept asking me questions till they decided to send me this:
 
This is not "glitch"! This is how the anti-flood system works.
The same message of certain length sent several times is detected by the anti-flood system.
In this case it actually doesn't get sent but just displayed in the chat like it wasn't addressed to someone particular.

 
 
I can't live with a glitch like this.

The first time it failed was because you typed the exact same message twice.

 

After that you were deliberately trying to get the chat system to unassigned your messages, and of course that's what you got.

 

It's not a glitch, it's protection against spam and trolling. Use the global chat in moderation, try not to repeat yourself, all caps, etc.

No, That's not what happened. Whenever I send my name (and sometimes other messages) this happens. WITHOUT "sending exact same message twice"

I agree with this. I have the same problems when chatting.

I've noticed this too, but I figured I was doing something wrong, misspelling someone's name or wtv.

 

It doesn't bother me enough to mention it to anyone though. I hardly chat on global, and when I do it usually works.
