One of them? Just to let you know, Staff members aren't Developers. Staff are just players who are volunteers and help the game in different ways. As for what happened in Masters of parkour - Nick had the best video, so he won. End.

I repeat again, you MUST find a way to show your name in the video. Maybe tell the cameraman to hold it, or even tape it on the pickup (of course it should be visible).

Video description doesn't matter, it doesn't prove video is yours.
