You may be wondering why it is Raphael who is doing ATC this time, but... Well Lhamster can't continue everything as he has 4 different jobs in Tanki :D. I decided to ask, "Where does your nickname come from?"
 
@Remaine
Remaine is my real name and it's actually a Roman name. My father wanted to give his first child this name ever since he was 16. Notice how it's essentially the word "remain," but with an e plopped on the end. Because of this, I've been referred to as Residue regularly. Of course, there are others but I won't say.

It's from ratchet and clank 3; there was a weapon called the Splitter rifle.
I don't really know where 'point' came from.
I've been using the nickname since 2007 I think.
Ratchet and clank 3 were available for Play Station 2.   ^_^

@EVISITORS
My nickname is EVISITORS, which means Electronic-VISITORS. Electronically I am visiting various places around the globe. That's what my nickname stands for..


Some say his real life speed is comparable to a pregnant turtle,
Some say he believes Einstein was wrong when he said the speed of light is the absolute maximum speed,
Some say he chose that name as he found it more appropriate when he compared Tanki to the usual racing simulator games he played,
Some say his name originates from the evolution of the Buran Vacuum Cleaner he uses on the battlefield,
And that after his passage everyone would complain about their game being horrendously slow,
All we know is he's the Damn_Slow


One day I was surfing in the internet and I saw a guy talking about Tanki Online. I clicked the link, opened it, clicked 'Try the game before registration' (There was a big button, remember it or not). I liked the game and decided to register because playing my first battle against real people was impressive. It isn't a secret that I live in Armenia. So 'armenia' in my nick is standing for my country. I was 13 years old so I put '1313' after it because the nickname 'armenia' was already taken. So that's how I chose my nick 'armenia1313'. I like my nickname but I think now I wouldn't choose the same nick for my registration. Just some advice to our newcomers: Think twice before choosing your nickname, you'll use it forever.

About 2 years ago, I was finally allowed to play Call of Duty 4 on. I had dreamed of playing that game!  My brother always played it,
and I always watched. Later, I would become just as good as him.
An useful thing for having my servers updated and nice listed, and some others handy stuff, I installed xfire. I needed a name for it, and also for my in-game name. I really thought of hundreds names. But when I liked a name one day, it was stupid to me the next day. Or the name was already taken, so I kept thinking of other names. After about a week (I still hadn't installed xfire, because I needed a name first   :D ) I chose the name "Eagle", and because I'm from the Netherlands, which I wanted to make clear, I added "-nl" behind it.
I made my account, but after another week, the name got boring to me again, so I started thinking again. (I did find the "rename" button, so I could just choose a new name, without having to create a new account   ^_^ )
I started thinking and thinking again, and came up with the name: "Hero". I liked it... For 3 days.. (Wow, I'm so indecisive ^^) I changed Hero into Zero. I don't know why, but I liked it. I had it for about 2 weeks, and I started to hesitate again, but I got over it. And since then, every game I register to, I use "Zero", "Zero-nl" or "x24Zero"
When I registered to Tanki, I took x24Zero at first, together with my cousin. He had "x24" before his name as well, meaning we were a team. ( "x24" stands for hours online = 24)
Anyways, I didn't like that I had taken a capital letter "Z", my cousin used a small letter after "x24", and I wanted that I had done the same. (Yes, I'm a perfectionist, but who cares? ^^) But as we couldn't change our nicknames back then, I created a new account, called "Zero-nl" And since then, every other game will be played by me as "Zero-nl". No "Zero" or "x24zero" anymore for me.   ;)


I stole it from my cousin's Club Penguin account name, he told me he had a game called Crash Bandicoot (good game by the way), so he got the 'crash' from there and because of his swag and all his gold chains he added three 'yo' after. Pretty random :P

In old old times, there was a gaelic wizard called uwh (pronounce it youweefh). He was used to prepare magic potions for the warriors of his clan. Bpl is the sound of the potion boiling for hours and hours...
Or may be the origin is completely different, who knows? Wizards always keep their secrets ;)

My nickname came from my friend also name Ronen, we had been best friend for a long time during the school years. Suddenly during mid-high school (Gr 9), he decided to go to another school for higher standard education. It upset me as I thought our friendship would end abruptly, and might not be able to see him daily in my school anymore. I was thinking about it and thought for the best that I should not be upset but be grateful for him to go to a better school. Afterwards he left for another school, I began to miss him more. But we do chat to each other through a social network. And I get to visit him a few days a month when I have the opportunity. But as the year has come past, the more difficult we get to contact each other as we both have moved further apart. So this is why I chose this nickname to remind me of him of our great friendship we had during school years and as well to remind myself that sometimes we have to let go of things when necessary.

SuperNick95 - was free. Same name as the other game I played before, so basically we can say that even if I wanted to change my nick since that other game I kept it.

My real name is Yosef, and I really love the number 7, so I decided to mix them :D

My name came from the weapon Twins. Before the rebalance and even still now I always used Twins and enjoyed it, since I was so good at it I decided to call my self 'DR.TWINS'

My actual nick is the last one of a long list of nicknames I used during 6 years of online games.
My first nick in a strategy-online game was Benner, then I moved to another game and changed it to Dark94.
When I moved to a space-online game I met a player that became a great friend and his nick was DarkFenner. When I moved to Tanki I decided to mix-up some names and came out with BarbaFenner89 --> Barba is the italian word for "beard" and it refers to the way my friends called me during a battle online, while Fenner refers to my friend I named above and 89 is just random :)
 

I don't really know, I created this nickname with numbers because it is easy for me to remember numbers, and I chose 1986524 because it is easy to write :D

Well, I got this username from my mind of course, made up from random letters, and my favorite number.
 

I have always been a serial drugger. I love to use supplies, that is why I picked this name, I am a Serial Drugger :)

It was my YouTube name and I liked it at the time I made my account. 
Whenever I'm asked about how I came up with it I always respond with:
I came up with it because I like lizards.... I'm...er... a girl? And I'm a rebel who spells "lizard" wrong.
