You don't know that. Maybe micro upgrades will make it easier for small players to play with big players. Why complain about something before it was implemented?

 

The test server showed us a draft sample of the system. That wasn't the final, and they are constantly changing and adapting things to make everything is fair, noone has unfair advantage, etc.

 

Of course donators do have advantage, but that can be fixed if you have enough time on your hands.
