When i play tanki online, my connection lags very badly, and i can't play.

Try playing on server 10 or higher, less people. Less overloaded servers.

Clean your cache, or clean your flash cache should work.

 

To boost your peformance even more I would suggest closing all the other tabs.

Or try to run the game trough standalone flash player.

You can aswell change settings in the game by clicking on the gear Icon in the upper right of your screen.

I think that the game doesn't lag, the CONNECTION lags very badly. Every time, when the bugs happen, tanks just go forward, or are spinning around, but when the lags end, i am usually killed.

That's due to the european connection to and from Russia. There's nothing the developers can do about this.

This is why Russian players are not facing the problem, and are still playing even if you need to refresh the page.

 

I've re-installed my router when it happened.

It solves some things, but the lags have never completely dissapeared.

There is no logic. I live in Latvia, which is next to Russia.

Then maybe your router is causing problems (if you have wireless internet)

Have you checked your router?

Go to http://www.speedtest.net/, if your ping is more than 50ms your internet has a big time delay on sending and receiving game data. Causes the game to lag.
