Private Battles don't work

i dont get it when i put up private battle it doesnt work i give the link to a freind and not another person and the other person went in witout a link to to go in. what went wrong?

Did you gave the link trough the tanki chat? Than people could just join.

If you posted it in the main server chat, people could click it and join.

How did you send him the link? Did anyone else have access to it? Maybe he sent it to a friend or posted it in the chat.

 

Even if you sent the link to him directly through chat, using Username: function, other people could still see it and come in.

u need to email the link to ur friend.. i always do like that to all the clan members.. so that only clan members can enter the training . if u post it on tanki chat anywhere.. then all can see it and then it is no more a private battle . ok so email. also do not post private battle links on forum.. because from forum also other players can come in.

that helps alot dude but i dont now other peoples emails and i just got one about 2 weeks ago so yah. i mean wouldnt skype or ventrilo would work to,skype and ventrilo work better though.

Skype is an excelent choice to share private battle links, I use that method all the time.  ;)

good that helped you . yes anything unless you don't post a private battle link on tanki chat or forum.. it will be private . i said email bcoz mostly people do not like to  do skype  or ventrilo. but if u do .. then it is equally good.

see who use skype.. they can share on skype.. i don't use skype except with my family members..

so i use email only and email is safe. How can someone get your account if they  do not have it's password?

my whole clan works on email.. rest upto you... whatever way u wanna share the battle.

This may be a more in depth problem than expected. I experienced this by being a person joining a match that was supposed to be private. This private match was in the main list, looked normal, but when I clicked for more info it listed the name as "[Private] DM Moon Silence". I did not click on a link, was not invited, and surprised the two players in the game. I do remember messing with the friends feature, so i'm not sure if there is a hole.

 

TL/DR:  There is a [Private] battle glitch.

Maybe they didn't make the battle private, but just wrote [Private] in the title for some reason?

i dont think that helps  cause ive made some before and this one had [Private]__________ and idk how others get in with out a link to it and why would people do that. and why should other people join aprivate battle if its not for them.

i know that no need to tell me. iv heard it many times. its just some time some people like me dont have skype or other communication items.
