Yes i am :D. But where I must post that??? And btw im lost my account 2-3 years ago and im now found this i dont know can you help me :/

the instructions say

1: send a message to help@tankionline.com

the message should contain:

1. The nickname of the lost account
2. If you bought crystals for real money (dates and methods)
3. Are you someone's referral? (Nickname)
4. The first e-mail address used to register the account
5. If you have had any serious ban from the chat or any other punishment
6. Date of the loss of the account
7. Where do you play from? (Country and region)
8. What were the last purchases in your garage?

 

Hopefully after doing this, the technical team will help you :)
