Hi, I have a lost account "amine05" (WO5). I lost it one time and contacted the support and It has been recovred sucessfully. Because I forgot the e-mail I registred with, the support told me to create another e-mail so I did and the e-mail became the new e-mail of the account. But I lost the account again in 27/07/2013 I think, I entred the e-mail to recover the pass, but...! "The e-mail was not registered. Probably you registred different one."(don't tell me enter it more correctly because I entred it 1000 times!)  I contacted the support he didn't answer me since 29/07 but a moderator told me that it take from 1 day - 30 days to answer...

 

How did that happened? I know you will close this topic, but at least answer me in PM :( I hope I recover my account as soon as possible because I want to participate in Mister TankiOnline...

If you sent the email, then making a topic about it is pointless, since noone can help you here. The only way to get your account back is in the link mentioned above. Good luck.

I sent a message to sprt@tankionline.com on 31/07 but no answers.. What's the problem? Please help

Write again to help@ (again, filling the steps from the topic) and then wait, when they answer to the ones before you (you'll get an auto-email, telling you how many tickets (people) they have to answer before they reach your letter), they'll answer yours.

Sorry am not english, so I write another e-mail? They said that writing another e-mail can be bad to you (the duration of the answers)

Writing to them again will put you at the end of the list of people that wrote to them, that's the bad thing. However, if you don't get an answer within a week, you should send another letter. You said you're waiting since 29. July, so send another email.

The problem is you can't read carefully. The email is help@tankionline.com.

Allways, when I get a ticket to get answer from Admins, I get sptr@tankionline.com e-mail adress to send to as well as help@tankionline.com

 

So why is this e-mail adress there? It seems to be just a spam or something! If you know, Federal about this, then tell me more about it?

sprt@tankionline.com is to 'complain if you are dissatisfied with the Tech support (help@tankionline.com)', not to send your problem there.

Yeah I know I told them that the support did not answer me for a long time...
