after re-balance i lost all my crystals

i wasn't playing so much

i heard about the re-balance and i was thinking what should i upgrade

then i enter the account and i found 3 stars level and my crystals gone

i need to back my crystals for info i sent more then 10 messages to help@tankionline.com

they didn't help just say send picture for IP  and they didn't message me back

so i'm trying to back my crystals

cause i start hating this game realy

don't close it cause it's really problem 

and i want my old rank and crystals 
if you want pictures told me and acchivements

no i sent the IP then they didn't say anything like we can't return the crystals ...etc

and i didn't share the account i wasn't playing *_* and not open the laptop so i can't share :l

hmm odd. they always mail me back within 5-10 hours just give it some time and they will mail you back if not write back to help@tankionline tell them that ur ticket from set date was not answered

If they don't reply anymore just change the title of the reply. It could be they marked it as read, I have had this also with no reply back.

بس هم ما ردوا علي  وبعدين قعدت أرسل كل 5 آيام بعد ما مر شهرين قالوا لي ما نقدر

مستحيل لأانه مر أكثر من شهرين 

+ عندي حسآب أنسرق أسمه DNDN4 كلمتهم وما رجعوه 

بس ألحين اللي يهمني يرجع كريستآلي بDH.DH4

Well, then there's your answer. There are only two options how that could've happened:

 

1. Someone else had purchased it for you, whoever could get in your account or did it if they had Remember me on and got your account opened automatically...

2. You purchased this stuff whilst you were sleepwalking.

No2 it's impossible . I connect with support more then 10 times

and no answer after 2 months they answered  to say we can't help cause 2 months later ,,,etc bla bla bla          whyyyyyyyyyyy ?? can i know why?? why why why
