Power Level has been misused

Dear Administrators

I am writing in here because the help team is doing nothing for my problem

Power leveling is very clear for most of old players of tanki

we were 2 teams playing our new railguns, all of sudden we found ourselves out of the battle, and been accused for power leveling !!

I lost my wasp m3, and my railgun m3 !! and without any previous warning .. ok finement of those with a lot of items and crystals will be much more damaging, its not easy to do such accusation for people who spent lot of time and money to reach to good items and especially we spent lot of money and we don't need power leveling ..

I sent the link of the battle for the support and help team but it seems no one is having time to read all the message nor having the stat of the battle.. till now we are very very very upset of losing our new items that we paid around 500,000 crystals for them !!

Please for power leveling there are some conditions you need to explain them for the new game mods who seems not to understand the rules very well

I demand a compensation and please do a check to our battle list stat, and i want a bank report of all the payments i did for my account

I will stop buying if no one is going to do me help , i just keep receiving the same message from the help team "You were warned of power leveling, we as like take anything" what is that !!! its unfair !

It's a shame. I'm sorry this happened to you.

You can go around asking the people who where in that battle with you

if they by any chance have a video recorded of the battle.

I'm sure a person like you would never do such a thing.

we were 4 players, me lost Jade, wasp m3, railgun m3,   USA-Power lost his railgun m3 and mammoth m2 and Emerald paint, Black-eagle-2 Lost his mammoth m2 and other items i don't know.. the other player i don't remember .. they just kicked us out.. there was no any warning during the game, may be someone went to do his thing while pressing P, and it wasn't CTF, as power leveling and cheating usually happens in CTF, it was TDM.. while you see noobs "crystal collectors" and cheaters and those who talk bad words in battles, no one is doing a thing about them, you just wait a lot till they get kicked if it happen in less than 5%, while honest descent players they are punished so easily by some possibily unqualified mods "now i will get banned for talking about mods as if they don't do mistakes".. I don't need power leveling, what shall i do with it and i have everything !

Whatever .. this penalty was so damaging to my nerves and my friends as well.. its not easy at alllllllllllll to accept this disaster !

I totally agree, this message have to reach the highest game adms to have an idea about whats going on .. i am looking to find away to contact them, because what happened to us was a great loss in items and efforts of so so many months of playing honestly .. I always buy crystals, but now my dad told me he wont pay me a cent if this problem wont be fixed

I am sure the administrators of tanki will help in this issue and looking forward for the Forum mods to direct this message to the people in concern

I just kept receiving same message by help center as if i am a criminal ! that was very offensive, while i always shared in giving advices to new players and people in here, and bringing good reputation to the game.. i have so many players and users who pay, who are going to stop paying if the problem wont be fixed.

I ask the moderators to send this message of help to the adms

I got one good reply by one in the support team, but once the shifts changed, somebody new came and repeated the same reply "AM CRIMINAL"

I just wanted to play descent, i never insulted anyone, always respected everybody in the game, even when they cross their lines..

That's Abuse, Someone should do something about that i personally think that whoever did that to you was probably jellos of something you had or something.

And Before they kick you and take your highly costed items i think they should spectate before they do anything stupid. Judging for something that isn't true is wrong. 

But Look on the bright side at least you didn't lose your account or anything more then that. And stop donating to them i seen people try that before it never worked they don't care

sadly. But i think who ever did this to you should have been more Protestant and should have had proof of you guys before removing your hard work/bought crystals.

Have you tried contacting tanki online email support?, But i am truly sorry and to be honest if i was a admin/mod i would give you guys your rightly claimed items back but sadly i am nothing more then a player like you guys. i wish i could but i can't at least i don't think i can. and truly power lvling at that rank someone has to be drunk to think someone whould dare to brake a rule when they came this far after many years of playing, and to top it off you donated. but all i can say is that you should not donate anymore you have your M3's dont risk your parents/you'r money the mods and admins can be very unforgiving, but i wish you good luck on getting your stuff back.

my real rank is a Generalissimos, i faced the same problem, we were playing as friends and we got all banned with no any explanation, the problem is that they don't keep records of game stat to tell you if you were right or not, they even don't have enough mods, 

I write with this low rank not to lose my real account

imagine what terror we are living in here !

But am sure if administrators and good mods will hear your message, they can deal with this problem in the right way. I was a buyer as you guys before, but now i learned i never buy, i go shopping in games' battles :D

P.S. support and help team they are the same, they just switch, some people are good and cooperatives, some they just don't know what to do or are totally careless, since they aren't going to get a cent for satisfying you, if adms will know about their work, they will kick them out

Yes, at least you have other things its not like they banned for account or TOOK YOUR CHAT AWAY FOR EVER! LIKE WHAT THEY DID TO MY 1st ACCOUNT.

but yeah, it is sad that mods would do such a thing to players that just want to play and have fun with the people online, its very sad that they would do such a thing, but i cant change anything that has ever happened i'm truly sorry that you lost you paint M3 gun and M3 tank, but at least you still have chat you can still play and things like that,

thats totally true, we are totally terrified, we can get a mod in here now and ban us all, as it happened with my real account, they banned me forever, i can't talk to any . and i paid 10 dollars for my account. what a waste, now i got rail m2, hunter m2, and isida m3, and i can't talk or share in any discussion in battles with my other account, just because i dared to discuss things in the forum about ..........

you must write to helpdesk , they MUST answer,alsow write to Semyon he can look into it more faster i think and must be aware of this,  the mod who fined you for powerleveling MUST have PROOF of the act this means a video showing the exact deeds unless he can produce proof your fine is not valid and if Tanki will not undo the presumed wrong doing towards you 

you can sue Tanki for the wrong doings there are plenty of  russian law firms online or international ones who have offices in Russia so it is very easy to start litigation towards them , you are consumers who payed for services and your rights are protected by international laws

so now after the friend system, we decided to play all using m0 items so that we all be equal and having fun, but after this terrible event, we wont do any friendy battle. am just totally shocked. this is not easy at all, and i was one of the advisors for new players in questions and answers, and now i get this reward. thank you tanki

I gota go, this is just hopeless, i think i may quit the game, as this was a big insult and a slap to my career and repuation, and by the way ! what kinda warning via email? who looks at email when playing a battle ! this all looks non sense. u must keep your email open to receive warnings !!  goodbye for now
