Battle-creation mod request : Curb Railgun overpopulation

TankiOnline used to be a nice game, with a decent balance of hulls and turrets.
This allowed a decent strategic play across all game types and map types.

Then the developers allowed that 65% discount on railguns and it all fell apart for me.

 

So now in a battle I find 80% railgun turrets as everyone plays with their new toys.
This spoils the game with too much one-shot-one-kill going on, and many combinations now becoming useless.
Nowhere is an isida to be seen - no-one to heal my team members when needed !

 

So ... my request:     I make a call for a battle-creation modification.

 

    Allow the ability to restrict the number of hull or turret combinations in a battle

 

.
For example, CTF game with max 5 railguns allowed on each side.
Or, for those who also hate the vaccum-cleaners ...  allow me to create a Freeze-free battle with Zero Freeze allowed. :P

 

I think this will make things a little more interesting and allow the battle creator to set-up a battle of different types and balances.

It will be a little more like the clan requirements - to have a balance of equipment.

 

Personally, I am going to stop playing tankionline for a while - until a few more sales have come and gone and the balance is restored.

I'm fine with the way things are, since most new railers have no idea what they're doing, are easy to dodge and kill.

 

With the new Firebird sale going on, Firebird users will increase a bit, so yeah - less Rails.

 

You have a nice idea (suggested before), so you can post it in feedback to get the Devs attention.
