I don't expect anyone to remember me but back in 2011 I used to be on the forums all day every day. But then I realized that Tanki Online sucks, and it really does. But I remember a few members from back in the day, the one that comes to mind are:

Mister_G

Koolwalky (I can't find his profile :3, why?)

hogree

nuclearbom

therussian

 

These are just a few but there are others. I see that the forum has changed quite a bit. A lot actually. But surprisingly 2.0 never came out, I remember everyday there would be at least 10 topics asking when Tanki 2.0 would come out.

 

Why did I make this topic you might ask, I have no ... clue. I just wanted to make a pointless topic for old times sake :P

No, I was never good enough to be in a clan :/ And to be honest I spent more time on the forums rather than playing. But I never really card about that.

Did I mention it's really frustrating when I'm trying to log in to check out tanki and it sends me to the tutorial and there is literally no way out -_-

No, I'm not mad. But it wasn't necessary for you to do that, I think everyone knew what I meant. And I know from experience most people correct other peoples grammatical and spelling errors just to get more post count. :/ not saying you're someone like that.

Ooh, you've missed a lot. Tanki 2.0 is being implemented gradually into the game now - the graphics were completely overhauled, lag and hackers are being effectively tackled, a 'rebalance' was introduced where all players were refunded and now all the weapons/hulls are on an equal level (with some weapons having gained special effects), crystal amounts were multiplied by 10 along with prices, a friends system has been added in-game (so now everyone can see which battles their friends are in and join them), and 'micro-upgrades' (steps in-between different M levels) are going to be introduced very soon, basically meaning there can now be 'M4' weapons and hulls in-game, and new props and maps are being developed and released. Well, that's a summary, anyway :P

There's probably something like tutorial=true in your link, which prevents you, being able to log in with an excisting account.

Well, neither the devs nor any Consultant has ever said that MUs were meant to come out with the friends system.

Cool, so I guess a lot has been changed. To be honest I saw this game going nowhere when I used to play, but I think my opinion on it may have changed. I played a game and I remembered how fun it was, and surprisingly easy, to annihilate noobs :D Thanks for the warm welcome back and maybe you guys will see me around after a long break.

Lol, so when I used to play Tanki I made a website called Tanki Online Guide (http://tankiguide.weebly.com/index.html), and I logged on to my old email to change Tanki Online to my current email and I realized I've been receiving hundreds of user submitted guides and contact forms from that website :3

 

PS: I just read a few of them and apparently people think I have the power to give crystals o.o Most emails I'm getting are requests for crystals into their accounts. There are even a few that give me their password.

 

I would take down the site but I forgot me Weebly password, and I'm not even sure what email I used to make that account :/
