i was playing moon silence and then next minute 1 dropped then 5 seconds later another gold dropped with out an warning how

There probably was a warning right after the 1st one, but you must not have heard it in your rush to get into a good position for the gold. And also because the siren for gold stays on for a while you may have mistaken the two sirens as one.

Maybe when the goldbox drops it starts the sound, but because the sound of the first was still playing a second sound wasn't started.

Maybe it didn't because message comes about a minute before gold falls, not 5 seconds before. You sure about the seconds?

I was in a battle and it didn't appear"gold box will be dropped soon" and I didn't hear the siren it just appeared"player ........... took the gold box"

Once when i gold box falled i saw it fall right on me and I found that all the other tanks turrets were spinning and then with out me knowing I was destroyed while i was lagging and someone else took the gold box which was on the other side?? How could that happen on the other side. I was in silence.

You had lags, bad time to lag.

As for the topic, multiple answers has been giving, and all of them are equally correct. (Glitch-the siren didn't play because the first one is already playing, you didn't notice it)
