Render At 10 Samples In 50 Mins

Looks really beautiful but 50 mins for 10 samples? You're probably using a pizza box as a computer. Btw, 500 samples is the bare minimum if you ever want to post the render online.

That is the exact reason I stopped posting, I only have a laptop that on a good day will perform decently at 50 samples.

My 1000 samples images takes 8 hours to render. Usually my pc deals with this when I'm asleep.

Idk what happened to my PC. Earlier it was doing good - 700 samples in 3 and half hour.

Btw I need texture of gladiator paint for blender. Someone help me!

Tank viewer has it, as well as models for all the tanks. Download: https://yadi.sk/d/9JuoeDx2bSvTa I have a video tutorial on how to combine details and paints but it's outdated, I need to make a new one.

The nutshell:

In a photo editing software import the lightmap of the turret/hull you want (you'll see what I mean when you look in the data folder) then import the paint, and align the top left corners, and duplicate the paint and arrange to cover the image.  Join the paint layers when satisfied.  Select the paint layer and run a bump map on it, using the lightmap as the tracing layer.  Import the details layer and you have a paint.  In blender import the .3ds of the equipment and set the material to diffuse and the color to image, by using the box next to the color port.  Go to texture or rendered view and you should have a tank.

I have tank viewer already.

But I don't know how to combine paint, details and lightmap

Could you please make a video.

Very simple, My style is: Lightmap on bottom, paint in middle, and details on top, then change the paint layer to overlay, and reduce the opacity to 75%. The rest is up to lighting and stuff in blender. :) No need a video, its simple

I will make the video as soon as I can, in an hour I'm going to a robotics competition for about 11-12 hours so I might be able to do  it tonight.

I don't hold secrets :) Everything I do can be done and was done by others, I do art for the fun of it, not to become great from secrets.

I will make a video tutorial right now,  ;)
