Blender requires a minimum of 2GB of RAM. Your computer has only 1GB RAM. That's probably why it's not working.

A logo is a graphic mark, emblem, or symbol.

 

It is not a collage of images to make a cool text or piece of digital art. For best practices, make a logo Black and White. I'm not even talking gray-scale - just two different colors. When you finally make something that is easily recognizable, conveys a certain message and looks aesthetically pleasing, then you have made a logo. Only after that do you start adding color and texture, not before.

 

Take a look at these logos, 99% do not have texture or even gradients - there are just 2-3 colors and that's it. And if you convert them to black and white, they will still be just as powerful, holding just as much meaning and message as the color version:
