No, There is another section made just to post videos, And even they are considered creative and a user might have a chance to win spec mode if his video is creative even if he don't have many subs as 1000-3000 :) Good luck!

. I didnt even used Photoshop xD Instead of that I used MS paint :P

You simply downloaded a Wallpaper from Google, painted that with Oil Paint and then just Placed the Tank on it. And the Tank was also not placed with accuracy.. It is looking fake.. You need to put a lot more effort for the Candidate in Creative League.. This is only my opinion.
