Now I do not mean to be rude or offensive, but based on what my highly unexperienced eye is seeing in here, maybe some members of the current Creative League should take a look at the link below, and reconsider whether they do or do not deserve the title they have, when compared to those who used to have it.

 

Old members of the Creative League and their work.

Each Community has its own league, and the best artists within that community are invited to the league. If we judge everyone's level based off the best then of course you would see a clear difference in skill and education. It's like comparing TO's game designers with Blizzards' artists. Or like comparing the IPhone 10 with an IPhone 5. A imprecise calculation of ones ability. If you know of better skilled artists within the English Community then why not tell us? That would be much more beneficial to the League and the English Community. 

 

 

Nice to see new candidates joining, keep pushing your limits and be the best you can be. :)

What you guys doing? still stealing other's artwork and posting it as your own?

you guys have pulled out this trick long ago too that's copying someone else work and posting it as your own

I remember quite a few people using this type of effect back in the day but is not as common as it once used to be. It is achieved by using a special plugin for Photoshop named Topaz Labs. After doing a quick research on it, I managed to find a small tutorial that goes over how one can achieve this type of effect using the same plugin mentioned above. 

 

I do apologize for not being able to provide an English version of this tutorial but this was all that was available, you can easily recreate the same effect by following the steps without having to hear the commentary.
