I highly disagree, the eagle head is the main subject of the picture.

 

Made this for a banner, so it was more focused on getting space for the words, instead of the tank. Feedback?

Don't blur everything. Blur only the parts that are further away from the camera and the tank. Also would be nice if you could remove the powerups too.
