i mean you don't need to use flare in every picture some times it look good but not in all pictures (my opinion).

^ nice editing, slightly oversaturated and the background is too blurry while the fore is a bit too sharp.

I feel like I oversaturated the lens flare that I used for the eye... My computer isn't calibrated T_T
