Sigh.. I really dont know why im writing this, probably because i thought about  lot and am worried, K_I_R_A_K_O_S_Y_A_N got in the league, Which, im happy for him, But the level of Skill one needs, Skills regarding Artwork, You might see that  , League members/designers/admins make just amazing Artworks, Which blows your mind and you just love what you saw, Im not complaining that KIRAKOSYAN does not meet that Skill level, He makes fine and amazing art works worthy of praise, But, Ones in the league go to another different level of artwork making,

Even if you take LaserShark's Art works, its absolutely amazing

but truth be told KIRAKOSYAN right now, isnt probably On that level, ive seen the artwork he produces, you might as well compare it to the work of league members/admin it just does not give me That 'Its amazing feeling' Well thats my opinion, every ones not me :P

 

Anyway, Congrts KIRA On getting in the league ^^ (Edit: As a candidate*)

How do you make that nice low dynamic range (f-stop) effect? Like the high exposure.

reduce the sun's opacity and darken the ramp side and bottom with the black brush. Just say the style of that in Speed arts.
