I felt it compulsory to include a small tribute to our amazing community manager, Bruce Lunga, who resigned from his job as English Community Manager in July. Please join me in saying Goodbye to the legend that is Bruce Lunga.

Bruce Lunga resigned from his job as English Community Manager a couple of months ago. This small tribute to him is in honour of his incredible influence on the whole English Community.

 

Bruce joined the Tanki team at a time they needed him most. The ever-growing playerbase of the English community were growing disheartened at the lack of activities to take part in, and be entertained by. The Russians, on the other hand, had far more things to do, with a number of additions including a newspaper and many contests. By Bruce's personal efforts, the English Community grew from the extent of a simple forum to a thriving community, full of activities.

 

Yet Bruce was not only limited to organising things. He was willing to get himself stuck in, and get involved with the players themselves. One of his wildest moments was when he did an example commentary for the "Two Minutes of Fame" contest, showing off his more crazy side. Friendly to everyone, his simple encouragements and compliments brought joy to many tankers. Bruce was also always ready to try out a new idea, and though he did make mistakes along his journey, his willingness to listen to the community's thoughts and help out when needed made him a popular figure in the community. 

 

Whatever you know about Bruce, there's no doubt that he was a man who made a difference. All his efforts will remain to live on for many years, and though many of you cannot remember the whole influence he had from his start to end as community manager, our community definitely would not be the same without him. Intelligent, Influential, and an Incredible friend, Bruce's influence will always be remembered.

Sucks Bruce had to leave. Was a great person who sparked the whole community. He made videos for us to. Now that he is gone we don't get blogs or anything. he really was the heart of the community for some time. Thank you Bruce. We all miss him
