Not received crystals yet!

In the issue 14 i won in the contest : Spot the Difference
When i asked the reporter about the day i will receive them he told me i will get them hopefully in a week.
I am waiting from 26th August for the crystals and now a week has passed. I could have waited for them more patiently but he is not reading the PMs for some reason. And the reporter has not been active from some days. I need the 10000 crystals before the Tank man Sale Day.

If you want a screenshot of the conversation, i can PM you.

Please help as soon as possible before the sale.

Yeah, well I also won the Word Search contest, unfortunately there was a big skrew-up and the contest was switched after a bunch of people (including me) submitted their results. So... tough luck for me.
