Most stupid weapons in Tanki Online

By the topic title, "Most stupid weapons in Tanki Online", that doesn't sound like a positive and constructive criticism. The user who posted about this topic is complaining about some of the guns thus making this topic in the wrong section of the forum. This section is only for Gameplay discussions. This topic simply needs to be transferred to the Problems/Solutions section. That's all folks ;)

SMOKY,TWINS,& FREEZE ROCK!! Smoky needs more skill at the m0 and m1 levels but when you get it m2 & m3 levels,no prob,just run around and shoot people! Twins is designed to overpower using knockback force and freakishly fast reload. Freeze is better for slowing down enemies if they are gonna get the gold box,if they have your flag,or if you just plain out hate them.

Wow you are just scared because twins beats isida. it is a whole cycle where one gun beats the other. thats why all guns are equal to play with. they all have there disadvantages and advantages. Just because you hate twins doesn't mean it takes no skill which in fact it does like all other guns.

Review about weapons can be given with gentle language, anyway twins, firebird i don't use it so i don't know it. I am freeze user and i am not noob as you said.

We play Game to spend time, if you don't have 10 sec to play this game! Don’t play but don't insult anyone or hurt anyone feelings.

TWINS: I must say I totally agree; it's ludicrous that they knock back small tanks as much as they do. As a wasp user I really hat that annoying feature. SMOKY: Disagree what a load of rubbish that you've been rambling on about.

FREEZE: Yes that's annoying but bearable.

Wow you are just scared because twins beats isida. it is a whole cycle where one gun beats the other. thats why all guns are equal to play with. they all have there disadvantages and advantages. Just because you hate twins doesn't mean it takes no skill which in fact it does like all other guns.

Twins takes absolutely no skill to play with. Otherwise I agree with you.

2. Smoky

This is self explanatory. Critical hit. Whose STUPID idea was it to create a STUPID critical hit. First of all, we would've been better off without the rebalance. Maybe changing the ranks in which the weapons unlock, (that for sure needed to be changed, M3 at WO3?), but that is pretty much all. Critical hit: no skill, just luck. Also, if there were Smoky hackers, we wouldn't even know! Because critical hti is supposedly "random!" So someone gets four criticals in a row, hack, or luck? You can't tell! That's stupid! There could be Smoky hackers and nobody would know! Now, back to the critical hit. Here is the main point: GAMES SHOULD BE BASED ON SKILL, ALRIGHT? It's not skill if someone gets a critical hit, it's luck! That's total crap! There are experienced players who know how many Thunder shots kills a Hornet, the precise stats of guns, hulls, etc. They can measure out on their health if they can survive another hit or not. But when some nooby Smoky holds spacebar and prays, the experienced player might die from a noob because he got a critical! It is not skill, it is luck, which is the most useless thing a game can have in gameplay! You don't play other games and shoot someone, and HOPE that they die, you hide behind barrels and shoot them! Even World of Tanks, if you shoot someone in their side, it will get damaged, not "I shot someone, they are dead," there, it's fuel chamber got shot, your tank is dead. It's not OH HE GOT LUCKY HE SHOT THE SIDE OF MY TANK. Alright? Luck ruins gameplay.

 

 

You have a better idea? Too much power, smoky is OP. Too fast, smoky is annoying. Not too much power, not too fast, critical hit, fine with me

With Twins, u have to shoot enemy to death. With Fire, one thing u have to do is to ignite a guy. Then run, hide and wait. You ignite a tank, that`s lame. And after that, that metal tank burns to the ground :) And u say that critical hit, that in real tank occurs(one thing u have to do is aim properly 4 weak spot i hull) is dumber. Right.

Most stupid turret=Ricochet. I'm sure of that.

Because? U want realism, ok - part of real life projectiles can bounce of obstacle, however they`ll still do damage when they`ll hit second target.

Smoky - Required skill*. These days Criticals aren't even luck anymore, you get them every 5 shots and they suck since they barely do damage. However the smoky before re-balance did require skill since the smoky's criticals were not predictable.

1. Twins

This weapon is just absurd, okay? It shoots too fast., and has no reload, with huge knockback. It requires NO skill to use and you see druggers with this weapon who can't even turn this turret. Also, what's the deal with Twins-Mammoth? Absurd weapon on overpowered hull, are you kidding me? Mammoth is obviously overpowered because there aren't enough big, popular maps in which a drugging Mammoth with nitro cannot succeed. Silence map: too popular, too tiny. Even Kungur is too small when there is a Mammoth on nitro. The only map drugging Mammoths cannot succeed on is Dusseldorf. Because of it's size, small hulls like Hornet and Wasp actually get an advantage! So, a weapon with NO reload on an overpowered hull in small maps. Seriously, even if you have Urban or Rock the knockback will push you away. I mean really, look at its reload speed, around 2 shots per second. These get around 15 dmg at M2, so... a Hornet is dead within five seconds. The 60 range for Twins isn't a drawback at all. If its drugging, it will catch you. It's too overpowered, Ricochet is actually fine (unlike normal belief, the only problem is most Ricochet players are stupid, so if I see one that is actually good with it, then yeah, he'll do well in a battle). Ricochets who don't turn turrets however, get a D/L of 0.10. But on the other hand... nooby Twins that doesn't turn turret... D/L of 3.00. It requires ZERO skill to use, and is even overpowered at M2 in the General ranks when there are M3 Freeze and Isida and Thunder and Shaft and whatnot.

Whose idea was it to make freezing time 10 seconds? The freezing effect, just stupid. It was bearable before rebalance, but ten seconds, I kill Freeze, I wait ten seconds. Nobody has that time! It's not a good weapon, increase the damage, not the time! It makes it more annoying! This weapon, it's not good, it's just ANNOYING. Damage sucks, it's cheap, noobs use it, it's not funny. Firebirds burn me, I die later on, but it's not annoying! Nobody likes to be frozen ten seconds, the time itself is absurd. I don't mind the freezing effect, but the time, oh, are you trying to freeze me to the year 2500?

I think you should look into basic physics. When something "freezes" It usually take a whole lot longer than "10 seconds" so get over it.
