Well I also give Flag to others some times. Please see I handover mostly when our flag is with enemy. Reasons are like. -

1. If I have mammoth in team at flag defending point with Isida or other defenders . To get back flag, I handover flag.

2. If I have drugger/s in team.

3. When I am on low health & team mate is following me. 

4. When I am freezed. I try to bring flag to safe point to handover.

5. And in some cases... When we are in winning condition I give flag to low rank players randomly. I rarely play with my friend list guys, So no question of being biased to any one.

I give the flag back when someone dies usually ONLY if it was an easy pick up for me, like if they almost had the flag back to base and I did nothing but pick it up and drive a little bit of the way.  But if they barely got it out of the base and died, then I had to pick it up and kill 4 guys and or use drugs to get the flag back to our base, then I feel I did most of the work and I cap it since they will still get some of the points anyways.

Sometimes I have seen the flag given to vital members of the attack, for example, an isida that died healing the main attacker while he was frozen. It can be seen as a show of thanks.

i play in battle with low ranks cuz it's easy and when i'm gettin the flag they push me and hang in the flag spot so i don't give them the flag

I couldn't find a thread about robbers so I thought to ask here. Many people are being annoyed with theft of high ranks who drug for the losing team and make them win for no reason what so ever. So I thought may be there would be a rule against game theft. This would need big video proof from sinse the player/s entered the battle in the loser team and started drugging with high upgrades. This is unfair as they waste not only their drugs but others' drugs sometimes as well as well as others' time ans mainly because like that they steal all the fund. So if this would be agaibst the rules then with proof people would get banned for it. Cause thwy get as annoying as hackers now! The game is messed up which is why I'm playing jetpack joyride and cod at my friend's house. Tanki really wants us to pay for crap yet we can get a cool game like cod for just few pounds! Sostarting from Monday I'll be learning about programming or so and from Saturday TO Reload will be starting its development...

I am sure,we share points for capping the flags regardless we give it a friend noob or somebody else.the CTF xp system is very fair never mind the hard work done by the drugger he will get his right share of points.

I give flags away randomly too, but I loathe those noobs who try to block you. I was in a Moon Silence battle yesterday (Moon Silence map will be removed soon by the way) and a Viking Ricochet was trying to block people with flag. Hahaha, I ran him over with my Mammoth/Nitro and blocked him against the wall for 5 minutes straight. He was not smart enough to self-destruct. . .

 

And think about this guys, Mammoth will gain more mass now. Hah, mow everyone away.

 

I only give flags to people who either is a Pro Isida, or someone who fights good/hard, but with low points. (Especially those life-savers. Those Mammoth/isidas or Mammoth/Freezes that guard your flag. Those guys I give usually 75% of my flags too. :O)

I sometimes give flags to our defending freeze/mammoth players who load the place with mines. They really are the ones keeping us from losing, while the rest of us can freely attack. (But usually if they are placing like 50 mines, they're pretty high up in the charts anyways.)

:lol: yeah it does take a while before you realize that 'F' key is for dropping flags.

I don't mind handing over when low on health - team will always benefit.Its a nice idea to hand it over to someone who has carried most of the way 

and then gets killed usually its pretty close thing - so capture it asap.

Oh yes, I remember this one battle. Silence CTF. I handed the flag over to my teammate because he needed points. So instead of capturing it, he just ran off the cliff. Was pretty annoyed.

I give the flag only to people who are faster then me, but ye, that's impossible because I have wasp m3 :P

 

When both teams have the flag and I'm waiting in base for returning, I give the flag to a heavy hull because they have more chance to survive the attacks trying to return.

Today this happened. Well that's what I get for being nice.

 

I use two DP's, three Nitro's, two DA's, and two Medical Kits with my Mammoth M2 to haul a flag to my base in Monte Carlo. I feel awesome, then a WO3 asks me if I could give my flag to him. Right? He's all like Plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz x999.

 

So I take pity on him and give him the flag. By now my health is only like 1/3 left. He gets the flag and attempts to capture. He sees an enemy drugger Thunder coming at him. He gets 1-shotted, I get two shotted, my drugs are all on cool-down, and then flag gets returned. I've seen him drug plenty of DA's and Medical kits. He just respawned, so I knew he didn't have a cooldown. He refused to drug at that time. > :(

 

My reaction: YOU NOOB. :mellow:

I feel your pain... I havent experienced this exactly... but oh boy have I had my share of frustration with noobs. For example, when you're on full drugs, capping in a map like Combe, and trying not to waste drugs... so you bring the flag to your base and place it at the top (where 3 of your teammates are sitting) and drop it, quickly returning for a second flag before your drugs run out to avoid wasting any time... You kill three of the enemies on the way back, only 1 made it past you... 1 wasp with Orange paint + m0 twins..... vs your 3 ***** teammates who are messing around with the flag you just dropped off... The wasp twins m0 orange paint kills your team and returns the flag, and takes your teams flag... by this time, you've died due to all the enemies respawning, and now your team is 1 flag behind, with 1 minute left in the match... enemies start drugging for defense... nothing you can do... you're first place on your team... 800 points... everyone else on your team (who have been there the entire game) have no more than 250 points, and 0.1 D/L ratios, while you're there with an 8.0 D/L... you coulda won 1200 crystals for your first place... But nope. The noob enemy team won because your even more noob teammates were being stupid.

This true story might change ur life:

 

I'm a rank with 4 diamonds, I was playing bobruisk with generalissimo and for once I decided to drug with my m2 isida and m2 dictator ( sounds like a weird combo but it's useful when drugging) after a little out team was dominant and we had captured 35 flags as the opposers had 13 and only 3 ppl on each team remained

 

A loud siren dizzied my heart as I knew that GOLD BOX WILL BE DROPPED SOON. So what I did wat that I was going to put a flag in but in the bobruisk map that I was in I decided to give the flag I had to the mammoth m3 and thunder m3,

 

He got so happy and kept shooting at me while I was using space bar with my isida to jokin on with his happiness

 

With 30 seconds left to go the gold box was going to be dropped so I went just below the bride and the mammoth went on top, I saw the box drop but it did not went at the bottom of bridge it was at top where mamoth was. He went close to it and I was going to relax that my team at least got the gold box and not the opposers until he just stopped I slowly approached him with my dictator and isida and pressed space bar which have the isida healing light so he might wake up

 

At this moment mammoth guy was on one side of box and I was on other both fully drugged and as I looked at the bottom left of my screen I could se that the guy was trying to say something . I didn't bother taking the box because I thought it would not be fair. Anyway mamoth boy was saying something in Russian which I could not understand

 

I replied with a question mark and the mamoth spoke in English and he said : Take Take Take gold beel.

 

By this time a rail gun m3 and mammoth m3 spawned on red team and slowly advanced towards the bridge. The thunder tried to kill him but no he was stronger so he died. Although I had isida , with everyone else from afar trying to kill him it wasn't easy to keep up and he died. As soon as he died he said something. Take thise Box as u gave me the flag. I could see that's mamoth and rail coming and I thought I should take the gold box ...... And I did. At that moment both mammoths left the field so I couldn't add as friend or anything. Too bad, with friends like that u would love enemies

 

Anyway the point is thatgive flags out. U might want exp but it's only Afew and ur team will think good of u and they will start giving u flags. Whether ur pro or noob giving a flag will help I and make u a prouder player not just a loner tanker with Afew mates and that's it. Hope I guys learn from my true story

Yes but I see generalissimo against each other trying to get gold boxes amongst themselves lol

 

Anyway I've given my potential gold boxes to other ppl too such as when I use my m2 hornet and I give let the m2 mammoth take it and he is like FTW on battle chat

 

Anyway don't hesitate to give flags
