Someone tell me how on earth this is fair?

So, i went to Gameplay Section and posted a topic on the map "Silence", a discussion topic.

 

 I put a bit of work into it and was quite pleased with it.  Within a day it was locked.  I thought that was unfair, and so I complained to the mod in question, who will remain nameless.  He repeated, that it should be posted elsewhere, so I kind of accepted it, yet I was annoyed of course.

 

 

 

Then I looked back on the Gameplay section and an almost identical topic had been created.

 

 

I personally think it is time for this forum to have some clear rules which ALL mods follow.  You see, these two topics were the same, yet one was closed, the other wasn't.  Ok, so my topic should of been posted somewhere else, should that ^ one have been?

 

IMO this either points to:

 

a-Lack of staff.

b-Confusion among staff as to what are the rules for closing topics.

c-Some mods being foolish and lock happy.

 

Decided for yourself what you think, but above you is clear evidence of madness!

You can see in the pics that the second topic was created first. Maybe that was another reason why.

Also, it's against the rules to publicly discuss a mod's actions. You should not have created this topic.

That is true...but still, why refer me to another topic, why not just say one has already been created.  You see, the rules just seem to change from month to month.
