well couldn't be useful cause almost all those high ranks have like 1000 drugs and keep using them non stop and then finally at the end  your team first place to last place gets like 1 or 2 crystals

It's the player's choice to use them or not. If they want to always use them, then so be it. You'll just have to acknowledge that and deal with it.
