Logical Fallacies in Tanki's Rules

1.- flooding, flaming, spam, printing in capital letters (CAPS LOCK);
Ok, we can't use caps lock, ok? But, why are people allowed to use caps locks in their game names and tanki names?

1. - public discussion of moderation, moderators' and administration's actions
Sounds like Communism to me. I remember my grandmother telling me about her time in the Holocaust and how, if anyone spoke about Hitler's work, your entire family would be gunned down, even your blasted dog! How is that not similar to this rule? How is this not Communism??? How is this not fascist??

- acquiring other players' passwords;
I really don't understand this rule, how does it hurt anyone else if we tell our siblings or friends we see every day, our tanki password? What if they just want to test out guns if the test server is open? It's not like they are affecting someone else's account. So why can't we?

- Quote a large amount of information;
Again, how does this affect anyone??? It's almost like, tanki doesn't want us to use the forum. Then what's the point of having one? Exactly, if you want to quote a large text, you should be able to because it does absolutely no harm. 

1.5. - distributing pornographic images and video and/or messages that encourage violence, terrorism and extremism, racial or religious intolerance in any form. Propaganda and distribution of Nazi attributes or symbols, encouraging international dissension is forbidden (Article 20.3, “Propagation and public demonstration of Nazi attributes or symbolics,” enacted on 25.07.2002, N 112-FZ). Why are there so many rules limiting German propaganda? Is tanki online still angry about WWII? There are like 3 rules that are directly related to German culture.

1.6. - motivation to suicide or to the actions menacing to life or health;
If someone telling you to kill yourself on an MMO game, you shouldn't have a laptop or a television. 

And last but probably the most annoying, BANS! Why? Has anyone every heard of a GAME, where people are supposed to have fun, where you can get banned, therefore limiting your fun? New flash tanki!! Games don't have bans. If I wanted to be limited on a game, I'd play something else! Games aren't supposed to have bans, it's completely illogical. Think about it, a place where your supposed to have fun and you can get banned. That's like putting a police man in a dupstep concert! I know I will probably get banned for this *cough communism *cough. But all throughout our history people had to stand out and go against the system for things to get better. All I ask is that a mod let this topic be discussed, but that probably won't happen because they are all trigger happy and excited to ban people for speaking their mind.
