Hello friends

 

Don't follow this guy. His skype name is u-w-g-ya (snoopy). 

 

And tanki accounts is villemonteix , da3s-511.

 

I made this topic because he was hacked my all tanki account 1 week ago.

 

i provided many things to make sure that i'm real owner of my all accounts. At the end tanki help me to get my all account back from hacker but i lose many crystal in my all accounts garage. tanki only give me refund crystal which the hacked upgraded in garage. Tanki didn't gave me the crystal which hacker used on supplies as per rules.

Unfortunately noone in the forum can help you to get your crystals. You should write to help@tankionline.com again and explain them your situation. Good luck.

 

As for preventing players from getting hacked - there are already many topics explaining how to do it.

If we start to make topics and give info for every single 'hacker' - then you can imagine what will happen, the forum will get filled with topics basically talking about the same thing
