Can someone advise me as to how to contact a moderator during gameplay ?  

 

Is there a way to request a moderator, during gameplay, to observe a particular member and boot them if it is agreed they are being JERKS?

Well you can alert a mod by typing the /vote command in the chat or if concerning a player simply use the kick function. :) By the way next time PM a member of staff your questions as it is there to job to answer them :).

Well I had a Mod show up on Vote requests quite a few times.

Well I Always vote the player out Using The Chat Command, But No MODs Ever Show Up......

We apologize for inconvenience. We take battles with complaints on priority. We try our best to reach at Battles with Complaints. But, some times no Mod is available on that server or Mods on other servers are busy in resolving other issues. Still, you can take pix (full screen - multiple pixs) of offender or make a video preferably & send it to any of Chat Mods.

There isn't a specific time. We'll join a battle either by request of a player who wants us to testify a violation happening in battle or simply joining for fun to participate in it.
