What group?

Hey,

So I was just wondering, my friend berhanya is in the group Ban.

He has not told me the reason for his ban, nor that he had one at all.

Is the banned group for bans like suspension from account or would it be minor bans like banned from the chat and/or forum for,like an hour.

And one more thing, can you give me the reason for his ban?

Or would that violate privacy policy.

Being in the group titled "Ban" means that he violated a rule in the forum and has been disconnected from talking in the game chat and posting on the forum for however long the period of the ban is, which is specified in the edited post of his ban. To find it you can try clicking the "find content" button on his profile, or you can PM a moderator, but try not to make public topics about it.

also, if he thinks he was banned unfairly, tell him to contact help@tankionline.com and to not create any kind of topic about it because that will be violating a tanki rule.

Is there a difference between the appearance of banned account and blocked account? Are both in the Ban group?

Blocked accounts will be removed I think, I'm not sure.

I'm not sure about it being removed, but they are also in 'ban' section, since they won't be able to access chat or forum other than the game.

no not removed, they will be also in the Ban section and stay as an account, but owner can not access it. (blocked means he can not play the game nor even log in with the account anymore)
