I have recently been looking at the Problems + Solutions section

 

 

I have seen people having simple problems! But the solutions that Staff give are very complicated!

 

 

We just want the game to load, and be fast

 

 

Staff, really, we ain't programming our pcs, just give simple solutions, not weird programs that people never heard of!

 

 

30% of the problems posted on that section solutions are just by clearing your browser data, but still, staff give complicated solutions, they almost ask you for most of your pc's info

It might be pointless for you, and me too, because we 2 got a good connection, no problems at all. But still, people who has a slow connection and want to play of course need a simple answer to get rid of these problems  :P

It's too complicated to understand English, click on the links we give and follow the instructions (for cleaning cache, etc.)?

Then when you have problems you should follow our advices, if you can't understand our 'complicated' stuff (giving you a link to a simple topic about cleaning cache), simply ask so we can explain better.

Though I agree with you (and so disagree with the OP), a more appropriate and professional response would surely be "Thanks for the feedback, you may have a point; we can look into it with the mods who post in that section, and review how we can simplify our solutions. However, before we do so, could you possibly provide any examples of this? Thanks once again, we appreciate that improvements can be made"? I am sure that all players opinions should be valued, in any case  ^_^

 

Of course, I am prepared to PM you so we can discuss this further, FBI, as I do not wish to purposely break any rules here.

One thing you shouldn't complain about; no one knows if you're running Tanki on a supercomputer or a toaster and in order to solve certain problems they need to know what they're dealing with.

Personally I doubt anyone would be running Tanki on a toaster. My opinion.

Yes, sounds great, thank you. However my style is direct and simple, and I can't change it, sorry. For me important is to answer the question, not to think of 2-line long sentences :wub:
