Playing against all Ranks

This is a good idea....  But however, there's a downside.  This would be an advantage for players who power-level.  Power-leveling is considered cheating.  Someone who owns one account, perhaps at Warrant Officer 1, might decide to make a dummy account, and get in a private battle with it, and start power-leveling.  They don't even have to level up the dummy account, they could just join the private battle with it immediately.  Cheaters don't deserve to be given an advantage.

Based on some of the new ideas given, ive put together a new approach on the topic. As in option in private battles, a "Recreational Mode" could be selected in which no drugs, all m0s, no crystal drops, no funds and no XP is gained. This mode would support all ranks in one battle.

Any feedback on whether higher modifications should be allowed? I think they should be allowed, but that's just my opinion.

Would anybody care to take a guess at usage should this be implemented? We don't want a repeat of buying XP.

Nice summary, however, what if the players are trying to do parkour and will need both drugs and no rank limit, I would just have the option of no drugs instead.

Bad idea, because Generalisimous will kill noob with wasp m0 and smokey m0. This is unfair. One thunder shoot will kill wasp m0. But for recruits it will be cool to see how are guns and hulls in m3.

Please read the post and the comments that follow it. Your post is completely irrelevent as it has been explained that all players will automatically downgrade to m0 and that no XP will be gained.
