Dear players!

On September 20, at 4 pm (UTC+0) a very special battle will be held, called “Kasim and Sun against…”.

There will be two tandems fighting against each other. One of them will consist of Kasim, one of the first community managers of Tanki Online, the guy who is responsible for all the contests. You may have also seen him in Russian video blog. Sun is equally famous for being one of the first members of Tanki Online team. Another tandem is going to be made of two Russian players chosen randomly.

For the purpose of the battle two special paints (“Vote for developers” and “Vote for players”) will appear in your garages on September 19 and will be there till September 23.

One of them is for fans of developers’ tandem. Another one is for those who think that players’ tandem will win.

What does it have to do with our community? It’s very simple actually. You can vote for one of the tandems by buying one of the paints. If your tandem wins, you will get a crystal reward!

Each paint cost 1000 crystals. The prize pull will be made of all the crystals spent on both paints. It will be shared among those who supported the winning tandem (and bought the corresponding paint).

So, if you bought “Vote for developers” paint and the developers won, you will get a part of the pool.

ATTENTION: players that purchased both paints will not receive anything from the prize pool.

But ye, the reason why I say that is Devs probably have better equipment, not to mention the fact that they were the makers of the Turrets/Hulls and thus logically must have put a large amount of time into practicing with them to know if they're balanced and all. Not to mention pick up a few tricks- and to know the weaknesses and strongholds of each.

 

Not saying the players can't do that, but it is in the Dev's job, so logically the Devs would pay more attention to these things. . . .Most players just go main-stream with something like Mammoth/Twins because it's supposedly easy to use. In a gist, Devs know there game very well. Do not under-estimate them. :lol:  They just don't play on public servers much I'm guessing.

Players will be given M3 stuff for the battle. So they will be totally equal.

 

And for those who will ask why this is only for Russians, a battle like that is planned for EN and DE communities as well. So it will be me and someone else against two players.

Good luck on picking the winning team :) I remember last year's competition between kasim and sun... it was very exciting :D the paints were also very appealing if I remember correctly.

Well, this sound like a fun, exciting match to watch ^_^ Just what Tanki needs. Sorry but My side has to go with the Player's :D I believe that the Devs are great but you know. Someone has to give them alittle support two. However I wish them both luck!
