Already sent email several times, this type of service by email is bad, they do not explain why it was banned a bad support.
If they at least make an efficient aid for the support of e-mail I would not be creating new forum topic.

The thing is a forum topic can't help you in any way for such things. Only thing you can do is write to help@tankionline.com again and wait. Don't expect an immediate answer since they get thousands of letters every day, not just 1. Also, don't send many emails since that will just slow down the whole process.

8. Other Conditions

8.1. The Pretrial dispute resolution procedure is obligatory.
