I think they will ruin gameplay, cuz now there will be like First Lieutenant buyers running around with m2 thunder and m2 viking and emerald, and Second Lieutenants with mammoth m2 and ricochet m2, whom will be much to OP. This will stretch the differance between buyers and normal players even further then it already is! And the drug kits are just too much...

Don't forget that second lieutenants that will hsve prodigi as well, at a rank where rails and thunders are very common. Edited September 28, 2013 by aojsd

There are suppies kits with 100 supplies of each, what is the point of adding them to the tank kits too?

Why are there two different kits with the same paint? (Needle, Loam)

And why does the light m3 kit have Loam and Zeus? Who in their right mind would use Loam if you also have Zeus?

I think you should not implement this update. There are some people who buy a lot of crystals and are able to afford the product kits. As a solution, discard this update. you should remove the hulls and guns of the kits from the players. Then give back the crystals to them that they used to buy the kits.

Nice idea but it will really make the buyers over powered :( , they wont have to play hard and just get the kit so that they can have fun what a Generalissimo should have.

Please atleast remove or make buying paints optional so that a non buyer can buy it too....

This is just about money and will probably break the Tanki model.

 

I am a buyer, and was unhappy with the rebalance, because everything I had paid for, ie OWNED, was STOLEN from me. But I bought kit once I had qualified for a rank, with a couple of exceptions when I was so close to getting an upgrade.

 

It did prevent you buying experience, which helps to a degree, because there is nothing more upsetting than joining a battle to discover your high ranked colleagues can barely drive their tanks, let alone work as a fighting unit. PATHETIC.

 

However, this means people with no experience or understanding of the game have an unfair advantage over others may not buy outright. I see what you're doing, you're creating an elite member who can come in and get to the VIP lounge immediately. Fair enough. But this game is predicated on skill and developing it. That doesn't matter on an individual basis, but for the group battles, you rely on it. I wold also suggest your model relies on it, because we like coming in and playing together in groups.

 

Well, I'll see how it goes, but if this means you just have idiots coming in with all the gear an no idea, you will completely run the gameplay. If you do that, you've lost anyway. 

 

I'd love to hear a proper response to these comments, as all I see are stupid videos telling us how much is put into making the game better, but it now explains why the finance department is so BIG.

I completely understand you and all the people in this topic. Please everyone, just stop screaming that it is a bad update. It will be monitored. 

What everyone needs to understand is that updates like this help the project in terms of finances. It leads to more resources that then spent on developing new features for players. Like the friends system, like the new site, like the new graphics. There is always a balance to keep between income and happiness of the ommunity, and it can't be perfect all the time.

 

So keep calm, if something ruins the game, it gets adjusted and changed. And constructive feedback is always better than anger. 

Yes Semyon, we all understand.. but the discounts we had on buying the crystals before a garage discounts helps too right? -_-

And as for the constructive feedback....Atleast make the buying of paints optional or remove it so that the total kit amount is lesser and even a non buyer can buy it...

at high account,i really want a kit and i will have a kit and for lower ranks it kinda sucks that a lietanant can have top paints and top m2..

but at yellow star ranks everybody has a good tank,so the difference there isnt huge :P

And now I will have to see a buyer drugging all the time with the best paints Prodigi, Emerald,Inferno, Urban.

If tankionline thought about this for more than 3 minutes then my suggestion to feedback 6 months ago would have been a better option.

 

The thing that makes people "scream" is the sheer inability of tankionline to balance, not just income and player happiness, but fairness too. This update is so unfair on so many levels.

 

From a non-buyers perspective, everything is unfair unless you are going to increase battle-funds, crystal drops and decrease pricing. We all know that is not going to happen. From a buyers viewpoint, why give others opportunities they themselves didn't have? How fair is it that someone plays the game to increase XP to rank-up, buying an m3 Smoky for example, only for a product kit to come along which includes the M3 Smoky and hull you don't have yet due to ranking - BUT - can't buy because it makes no sense to!

 

Do yourself a favour, +scrap it now+ and go back to the drawing board, that or consider alternative options for increasing revenue.

 

My suggestion on feedback doesn't give hulls, weapons or paints to ranks that can't earn them naturally, but what it does do, is allow EVERYONE (who have the crystals), to take advantage of a fair offer.

I think you are making a mistake with this latest "update".  I don't think you thought this through enough or even seeked the feedback of your players beforehand. 

 

You are removing the incentive of players to actually spend time online playing the game to gain rank and collect crystals to enable them to buy better hulls and turrents.  With these lates "packages" one can rather spend your time making money and then come back later to just buy your new tanks and turrents and be able to battle against the "big boys ".  So in a sense, this becomes a paid game only and you will lose your thousands of "no money" and loyal players.  This will remove much of the battles and it will become less fun even for the paid players (which I am also one)  too. 

 

If this becomes permanent, I would demand all my money spent to date as well and go find another game.  I hope you can correct this mistake of yours.
