Honestly I wouldn't be too unhappy with this update had they not put so many very high ranked paints in kits available at such low ranks. I mean, emerald and prodigi available more than 7 ranks earlier? That's ridiculous in my opinion. The paints in the kits shouldn't be more than 4 or 5 ranks higher, maybe rustle and digital instead of emerald and prodigi, and python instead of something as high ranked as inferno.

I think you are making a mistake with this latest "update".  I don't think you thought this through enough or even seeked the feedback of your players beforehand. 

 

You are removing the incentive of players to actually spend time online playing the game to gain rank and collect crystals to enable them to buy better hulls and turrents.  With these lates "packages" one can rather spend your time making money and then come back later to just buy your new tanks and turrents and be able to battle against the "big boys ".  So in a sense, this becomes a paid game only and you will lose your thousands of "no money" and loyal players.  This will remove much of the battles and it will become less fun even for the paid players (which I am also one)  too. 

 

If this becomes permanent, I would demand all my money spent to date as well and go find another game.  I hope you can correct this mistake of yours.

I completely understand you and all the people in this topic. Please everyone, just stop screaming that it is a bad update. It will be monitored. 

What everyone needs to understand is that updates like this help the project in terms of finances. It leads to more resources that then spent on developing new features for players. Like the friends system, like the new site, like the new graphics. There is always a balance to keep between income and happiness of the ommunity, and it can't be perfect all the time.

 

So keep calm, if something ruins the game, it gets adjusted and changed. And constructive feedback is always better than anger.

Fine. Since the nice nice mods tell us to discuss this joking update in this topic, I'll do it.

 

This is stupid. Explaining in few words, this is one of the stupidest updates in tanki, along MU and other crazy stuff. 

 

Why? Because, this will make the game unbalanced. It's like allowing a sergeant to play against Generalissimos. We, non-buyers, struggle our way to get crystals without buying, and those buyers, easily get money off their stupid parents, (I mean, it's weird to contribute money to a game, you can just find other games) and buy things off in a Virtual Game. 

 

I mean, a First Lieutenant equipping Prodigi and Emerald, Second Lieutenant equipping Inferno and Urban? Like 10 ranks away from buying. Is this a joke tanki, does non buyers are just their puppies to entertain the buyers to let them keep playing.

 

 

 

Now I really hate this update.

I think they will ruin gameplay, cuz now there will be like First Lieutenant buyers running around with m2 thunder and m2 viking and emerald, and Second Lieutenants with mammoth m2 and ricochet m2, whom will be much to OP. This will stretch the differance between buyers and normal players even further then it already is! And the drug kits are just too much...

Not the best idea for me too. I think the whole "skill" factor is slowly being ruined as the updates progress. Now just about any not-turning-turret-drugger-buyer-noob will be able to dominate a seasoned player like myself, and there won't be much difference between the guy who's been playing since 2010 and the guy who joined last month and bought himself a bunch of cheaty kits. At least you can't buy EXP anymore...

 i got  a suggestion how about make the kits for the proper ranks and add a buy exp option? i think that would be better and more balanced around the ranks

The only recent update that made it better for players instead of buyers was actually the rebalance, whether players hated it or not.

They are thinking about buying one of the kits, but on the forum is also written that those kits will be removed at a certain rank. So if you become generalissimo, the kits you bought will be removed. Do you get back your crystals or do you lose the kit(s) you bought and the crystals you've spent? So do you get back your crystals when your kit(s) is/are removed?

Your equipment isn't removed, just the option of buying those kits.

For me it is an awesome update. Even if it gives an advantage to buyers, this advantage is still smaller than 95% of the free to play games.
