There will be a rank-up effect so all the players in the same battle as you can see that you have ranked up

so for the generalissimos when they first join a battle after this is implemented do they get a rank up effect for all the ranks

Their reason is that only the physics are being changed, not the actual "stats" of the weapons, and even if they did, the refund wouldn't happen because it is much harder to do so with the new system(strange because then they surely must created it like that). Really, any reason not to give you your crystals back. Ever.

They don't make the refund because they want you to buy new weap/hulls/paints. Maybe it's a lot of work the refund day, but nothing else. Perhaps these changes doesn't worth a rebalance if the gameplay is not too different but don't throw here the absolute lame excuse of "technical issues". I'm a software engineer, so Semyon, don't hesitate at all and show me some technical details and explain to us why you guys can not revert an operation you make every single day wich is buy items. Just convert the items to crystals. Or is your database so unstable that can't even support some scripts? I know as a fact that you can take or give weapons/hull/modifications at will (cases of hacked people, cheaters or false accused guys).

 

Please, let me know some "technical very very hard issues that our small brains can not handle it". I'm not a kid Semyon, i donated to this site and we, the whole tankers community, deserve better than "technical issues".

In this case, technical issues is merely a catch-all term for "we could do this, but there's no benefit, so what would be the point?" I've seen plenty of online games use technical issues as an excuse to screw the customer, and do you want to know what happened to those sites? You don't want to know what happened to those sites.

Hmm, it would be good if we were given some details beyond 'technical' issues, actually ^_^ I can understand why there's no refund for the physics changes, but no more refunds ever? What if you change the stats of both weapons and hulls significantly, which will surely happen in the step-by-step implementation of what was termed Tanki 2.0? In any case:
