Erm, yeah ;) Its speed might not look so good, but I have done it, it has more than enough speed,

a great power, and is totally gr8 xD

 

Midfielding is doable with it, you might want some MUs on speed tho xD

 not necessary...  But rail needs highest amount of practice to master so don't expect to dominate battle with just m3... Skill is more crucial 

 

if i don't buy m1 rail, but i buy kit like legend when i rank up, which got m3rail, will i get m3 rail directly or do i have to m2 rail sitting in my garage,

Didn't the price of a kit used to go down if you have already bought an item in the kit? Like the Mosquito...if you already have Wasp M2 and you buy that kit, you're essentially paying for Wasp M2 twice.
