there will be serious changes in my gameplay if i want to achieve vulcan mammoth m3 and africa paint kit. its 50k more expensive now

if they  really have to do the pric reduction i would say do it by a different system. at its unlock rank kits price is higher but as u get closer to the equipment it gives the discount increases and atthe unlock rank u get the highest discount say 45% or 40%

If there is something on test, it doesn't really mean it will be here too. I have seen so many things like this on test, just some were added as they were there. Mostly changed a bit or totally. But prices are hard to "test", people don't care about them on test much :D Gameplay, game physics does.

Brigadier hammer wasp zeus...

or even a better deal WO5 full M2 garage (yes there was once a kit with wasp M2, stinger, devs did it by mistake, but corrected within a day), so full M3 hull + isida, rail, freeze, rico M3, paints savanah, loam, sandstone, spark, electra, and maybe even few more available from 3rd lieutenant up.

Or some crazy M4 combo at major.
