Spot on, freeze/viking with taiga is powerful stuff, you would also have the potential wasp/isida for longer range.

You would get that nice overlap on all short-range weapons that makes your enemies uncomfortable, but you'd still miss freeze and hammer.  Regardless this is a good choise for shortrange player.

However your profile doesn't shout exclusive shortranger to me, i bet hills, sandboxes, islands or ping-pongs aren't your strong point.

Freeze at stock m3 is weakish, as is isida, so MUing the other could make you potentially leave the other in the shelf.

 

I advice you to get Guardian, smoky m3 is strong stock, as is titan m3. You also seem to lack hammer, rico and smoky protection, that nano focuses on. Smoky/viking is a good allrounder. smoky/titan is very powerful supportive or defender and isida/titan can be used in small cps and drugwars with good success. This would give you ideal garage for medium to short ranges.

You should also eventually get some isida and freeze paint, irbis isn't bad, but soon outclassed by rock. You should propably wait for rock.

After that you would be set for pretty much any high rank battle and you could continue MUing your stuff or buy something new.

Idk, if you  have xp/bp alt, but if you do, don't get boreas. The need for wasp m3 in normal battles isn't that burning.

If you like bp alot then i guess you should get it, taiga is the best investment for an isida paint that you can make now, that you won't regret in the future.

I'll tell you right now, that wasp m3 isn't a powerful tank, it's more for fun, Titan in the other hand is a pure powerhouse.

I had stock m3 freeze for a few months... and it was ok, but a few upgrades showed the true potential.

You should also make sure to get enough to upgrade your isida and viking (and potentially freeze) before field-marshal. And a wide coverage of paints in your prefered ranges, so plan your purchases with those on the back of your head.

 

I'd put it like this:

Boreas for more fun with bp, wasp m3 and isida protection. It also steps your close range game up better.

Guardian for power in maps of all size and gear that doesn't beg for upgrading.

However it's just my pov, i might have missed something vital... get a few opinions from others too to make sure you're solid before buying :)

Ignore Ant. Wasp wears a bullseye and you are every enemy's preferred target as an easy kill because your armor is so low. Wasp's speed is not enough against high rank player's skill - their shots will not miss.

Can you help me decide? So I mostly play Polygon and always place in top 3. I used "Pitbull" kit from (i think) which I though it will serve me well as the m2 hammer/m2 hunter was not available till And it took me all the way to when I got 2 kits actually (cause I had saved a lot of cry) "Atlas" and "Minotaur". I combined m2 Titan/m2 Twins and that rocks the map! Of cource it cost me a lot of cry but it was worth it as I managed to save cry again.

 

When it comes to choosing my first m3 thoguh, I'm stuck! I would have thought that a kit should be the best product in the game with discount on equipment that is at least 2 ranks before available for regular purchase. Yet for my first m3 turret (I'm about to rank to ) the choice I have is thunder m3, shaft m3, isida m3, freeze m3, hammer m3; two of which I can buy when i rank. Freeze at and Hammer at .

 

Again when it comes to getting the turret in a kit before it is available in a regular level sale is the Hammer.

 

Personally I'm sick of it as I plaied a lot with my m2. I was initially thinking of getting the "Medic" kit, but is it worth it? When I rank I can buy isida m3 and if even on sale even better and spare the other cry i have and MU it.

 

So if you can suggest to me what to do I will be happy.

well let me clearly state that thunder and shaft are weak m3s that wont last long.freeze can become a potentially dangerous threat with a few mus but hive is a useless paint.now it comes down to medic and jackhammer kit.both kits are good.since u like close range

Combat isida is the way to go. With a few upgrades it may even last u to general issimo

I bought Medic at Brigadier and it's totally worth it. Everything about it is excellent, even the paint.  But you won't always place in the top 3. I usually place 3 or 4 unless I drug.. Jackhammer is also an excellent choice, but I've heard that Hammer needs MUs to be effective.

Although I m not that much experienced but seeing our profile... U don't have any m2!!!! And lieutenant colonel rank...better buy any m2 kit...or if ur smoky is upgraded much...go straight for an m3 kit.

I think you should buy Ant kit and Bulldozer kit.

Thunder m3 with around 25 mus would be work till General.

You have enough crystals to buy both kits.

Then you can save for other kits till General ( like- cardinal kit or paladin or gurdian)

Hello, everyone. Before I asked about kits, but then I became inactive and now I have become active again. Right now, I have 173k crystals, enough to buy Cyclops, which I have no idea how to use because I never used shaft before, or Firewall if it comes in the next cycle, because I prefer close range turrets. On the other hand, I could save more and get Minotaur or Atlas, although twins doesn't take much skill and smoky requires somewhat good aim. However, I could save up even more, for Bulldozer or Ant, but I would die a lot more like a noob due to my current combination, which is freeze m2 on hornet m1, which is terrible when fighting people at my rank... Also, I am pretty sure I can rank up to major, but not the next rank on Tanki's birthday, so should I buy a better hull and/or fire m2 on birthday, and save up for Bulldozer?
