See how you feel when the time comes that you could actually get either of those kits right then and there. You might change your mind once a kit is within your grasp.

Yeah. I was planning for Matrix kit on my alt, but instead got Tsunami... probably one of my best choices right there, honestly... or it might have just been that I was being really lazy and didn't want to save 10k more ._.

The thing is, that ELEKTRA paint looks so good as well as the fact that it is dictator m2, but I also love spark and have been keen to get it for a long time, also if I get voltage then I would still not be able to play xpbp, and Dr is not exactly 'popular'. So.... I am still not sure, but I think tornado would be better for my gameplay, so I will just stick with that (the paint in a kit shount be the main reason it gets bought). Thx

I gotta admit, Electra and Spark paint look really cool. But 1.) M2 Railgun can't really do anything since devs thought it would be cool if M0 Thunder with DP can deal more damage with a regular M2 Railgun, I personally think you should get a versatile and strong M2 Kit that is also cheap, such as Atlas,Glaze, or Northerner. but if Railgun is your passion, I think you should save for Mosquito kit if you have a M1 combination, if not, just get Tornado since Dictator isn't really that good, Viking M2 has more HP and speed

Railgun is my passion, but I have a long way to go before I unlock m3s let alone m3 kits.

Tornado is now in my garage, and its perfect for my playing style.

Is anyone else annoyed by the fact that product kits are way more expensive than they should be? I mean, the paints bloat the prices so badly. Take M3 kits for example. If you bought an M3 kit like... we'll take Raiden, as an example. It has M3 Thunder, M3 Viking, the Emerald paint, and the Kodiak T-C M3 module. Now, remove the module and paint, and Raiden would go from being a 1MIL+ kit to a kit barely above 400k. Add the discount on top, and Raiden becomes a staggering 146510 crystals! I could go on to tell you how much the kits are overpriced and incredibly bloated, but I think people get the idea.

So, I think a good idea would be an option that Tanki provides that allows players to buy JUST THE HULL AND TURRET in a kit, allowing players to save money for supplies, upgrading, and more important things.

Hi Tankers

when it will be discount???

and when the lower ranks can take bye railgun m3??

best regards Milance1978

There will be a 20% discount on the 14th of February. The only way you can get railgun m3 earlier than at Marshal, is when you buy it in one of the product kits available from Lieutenant General.

Hi! can you tell the period of time were the kit doesn't show on the garage?

That is unknown. There isn't a certain amount of time before a kit will show up in the garage again. It's best to check every Thursday (when the kits rotate), to see if the kit you want is available.

The product kits wiki page has to be modified because it lacks a lot of useful information such as the module that is contained in each kit. Why not just replace the discount percentage column with modules?

The Wiki for product kits needs work ASAP.

When Striker turret was added Wiki was changed. Kits now just show a picture of the tank. There is no longer a lit of the 4 components.  You can tell the turret and hull from looking at it. But unless you have memorized each and every Paint color and price you will have a tedious tedious tedious time trying to find out what Paint is included and how much of the cost is (IMO) wasted on this component.

And as for which Module comes with it? ? ? It is impossible to know now.

Unless you go to the garage and write down each and every kit composition on your own time.

Either list the info on the Kits page or put in hotlinks for each kit type to link to a new page containing that info.

ALSO: Put the damn Striker kits in the garage. You will NEVER force me to buy anything from your shop. But you might force me out of the game on day by these policies.

Wiki has all the info provided by developers :) So it's probably fault of developers rather that wiki mods, however, I'm not really sure with my answer, so it's better if you ask here, since this is the topic dedicated to wiki, all questions, demands, ideas and so on.

As for me, I will finally publish all the data/info about modules in kits I have collected. Check soon, but not too soon, I'm lazy

Thank you very much emrakul! I need to decide by the end of this week if "I want to kick it to rank up in order to buy the Atlas kit. I really want to go Striker/Titan but that kit is for Shop Dollars only. (As if!) So the kit I buy will probably come down to which one has the ore useful Module. So thank you for this great help.

I just want Tanki to know their "forced shortage" policies have cost them another sale.

Once upon a time kits were available only in the Garage. A given kit would be available for one week, then for the next two it would not. So at any given time roughly one-third of all kits wer available.

Then kits became available in the Shop. At the same the number of kits available in the shop went down dramatically. Now it take 4-6 weeks for a kit to return to the Garage.

Clearly Tanki is trying to force players to buy kits in the Shop by making them scarce in the Garage. Well I don't like being manipulated. So my reaction is to buy nothing - at all.

I have an account that for months I've worked towards the m2 Titan/Thunder.kit. But I also have a Viking/Smoky account. Nowadays Thunder and Smoky are so similar ... and I actually like Striker. Well great! There is a m2 Striker/Titan kit. ... In the Shop only All Striker kits are Shop-only.

Striker is already a most unpopular turret. The common opinion? "Striker sucks!" You don't see many Strikers these days. So does Tanki think the restricting all Striker kits to the Shop is going to increase their use? No, this policy makes a rare turret more rare.

This policy of forced shortages is costing Tamki money. Consider what would happen if you could rely on buying a Kit in the Garage when you wanted to buy a kit. I'll use myself for an example.

My account is nearing the rank-up I need to unlock the kit. It's taken me months to get here. This is the perfect time to buy a Premium Pass. I will rank up faster and I'll earn some more Crystals. Maybe there's a sale like the holiday or PayPal package that gives the PP and some Crystals. New gear also means more MU steps and that costs too...

Well then I would make a moderate purchase to get me over the hump. I could plan my actions. No, I am not going to spend $40 or $70 on a kit, but I would be willing to spend $10 to make things a little easier and to give support to the company.

But I won't do that when I cannot plan.  Or when the Striker kit I really want cannot be bought in the garage at all. In short, I will not be manipulated. Tank is trying to force me to make a big purchase. They will fail and in failing they cost themselves moderate purchases.

So I either buy a different kit Smoky, Thunder, or Twins to go with my m2 Titan. The I eitehr forget about Striker. Or I buy Striker m2 when it unlocks after many more tens of thousands of exp points gained. Does that make me a happy customer? It does not. Does an unhappy customer spend more than a satisfied customer? No.

Tanki is like a store with an insane assumption that by offering empty shelves they will make more money.

Sorry again for the petulance above but i just hope to communicate a different perspective.

* I like spending money to support a game if I feel they give me value.

* But how to rate value its the eternal question. Part of that is emotional to be sure.

* Aside from drugs  (topic all its own) I rate tanki quite good in terms of pay to win. Paints and gold boxes ... good stuff.

* Premium Passes .. level up faster for those who want to. Earn a bit more in the arena. Good value for the money.

* Direct kit buy. If you are a buyer and know what kit you want here's your best shopping option.

* Direct Crystal Buy .. For everything else a buyer wants. Often good for the part-time buyer.

* If you are not a buyer you outfit yourself in the Garage. Fair enough.

My point is, there are reasons to buy everything in the Shop, and in the Garage. Many shoppers means many ways of shopping. Do not try to channel their choices. try to facilitate their choices. It might boost revenue or then again it might not. But there ya go.
