I believe they rotate every 4 weeks regardless of rank.

This is what I`m planning to have as my M1 Garage:

-Titan M1

-Smoky M1

-Hornet M1

-Twins M1

-Hunter M1

-Thunder M1

 

I`m basically getting Keeper kit, Fighter kit, and Predator kit, I don't know what to get first, or if I should add, switch, or take something out.

 

These are the types of maps I usually play on:

-Polygon ( All battle modes )

-Brest CTF and CP

-Sandbox ( All battle modes )

-Serpuhov CTF

-Noise CTF

-Rio ( All battle modes )

-Boombox CTF

 

Any advice is appreciated, and thanks for suggestions.

Which M1 kit shall I buy?

You should get a kit that has a good hull for close range battles and a turret for long range battles, or get a kit with a good long range hull and a close range turret, IMO get Universal soldier kit, then save for Fighter, then Predator, you dominate almost all maps

Hope it proves worthy, i still need close range paint for twins and fire. I think im going for raiden and mars next and 10 MUs on isi for now.

my more realistic dream kit: vulcan m2, hunter m2, digital... that comes with a golden wrench XD i dont care much about those "free" *long wheezy cough cough* drugs

To be honest, I feel like you can just buy an early M1 kit (Vampire, Savage, Hammer of Thor, Cupid, etc. etc.) then Fighter, then Titan M1, since Hornet doesn't really have enough health for Twins, and Titan's pretty cheap. If you really want Smoky M1, you can get Keeper, but like Fire M1, it's OP at first, but loses power fairly quickly unless you MU it. 

 

Titan/Twins M1 (in Poly CPs, perhaps) can last you until good M2 kits (Jam, Minotaur, Atlas, Firewall, Glaze), so you don't necessarily need Stinger or Tornado, which are inferior to the better M2 kits.

Does anyone think I should buy the fortress kit- Thunder m2, Mammoth m2, Rustle. It seems decent but is it better than the ram kit- titan m2, Twins m2, rhino.

It's definetly not better than ram. If you can get a nice kit like firewall, minotaur, atlas ram or jam then do that.

I would argue that even aborigine, juggler, simoom and boar are better than fortress if you are skilled with harder to use gear like rico, smoky, dico or hunter.

Fortress is THE BATTLE DOMINATOR if u use it with double damage and armour almost all the time.

On the contrary i bet ram could defeat fortress without any drugs and above that not much of a use buying fortress cos u will soon unlock bulldozer kit which has an m3 thunder and of course by all means is better than fortress

Pass on Fortress. I did and never regretted it. Bulldozer Kit is only 4 rank-ups away. And has a much better paint.

Guys, a word for the wise: Always save up for M2 kits, after you have got a solid M2 kit(say, Tornado kit :P) you will have enough time to save up crystals for a suitable M3 kit. Never spend too much on M1s it wont help you in ranks above Warrant Officer 5.

Ha! You think that's OP?! :lol: M3 Thunder at Lieutenant colonel isn't that bad but is still more OP than hornet and freeze M2 at WO4.

And the old kits, the ones at 2013-2014 were damn right ridiculous! M1 Thunder, Fire, Smoky, Twins and Rail at Staff-Sergeant!!! :O

Compared to back then..... Kits are perfectly fine! :D

Freeze M2 actually unlocks at WO5, so I wouldn't say it's a great advantage to have unlocked it a rank earlier. While Hornet M2 does unlock 3 ranks later, it only gives an effective advantage over light M1 hulls. M1 hunter, for example, can still be a formidable opponent to M2 hornet. Though the attackers would get a serious advantage with this kit, I wouldn't say it's OP enough to upset game balance. (The old Medium M2 kit; Prodigi at First Lieutenant, now that's what I would call OP!)

The kit system has actually improved for the masses. It's now possible to save up and buy a kit of your choice. You just have to spend smartly and not waste crystals(Unlike the old kits which were almost exclusively meant for buyers).

So, No! I won't say that Tanki is becoming more inclined towards buyers than before. If anything, it has become more inclined towards non buyers with features like Daily Missions and now, DM tournaments which provide opportunities to earn lots of crystals.

Product kits are the cheapest way to get gear, as a nonbuyer i have bought tens of them, many on the unlocking rank.

Please don't assosiate 1 of the few things non-buyers have going for them with tanki being pay to win.

I'd leave, if tanki rised most of their unlocking ranks i think i wont be playing stawp consistantly anymore for that exact reason: no cheap gear it's either your money or your time, if you want to get competative gear... and what is the point on putting on time, when we are talkin hundreds of hours just to get the gear to compeed in a few maps, if you are lucky enough not to get raided/multed there that is.

Ofc there are pro-battles and xp/bp games... but do i really want to keep playing the same format and the same maps over and over again?

So yeah, tanki=pay to win, but kits are good for nonbuyers.

I suggest Corsair as a base kit for all your maps and Gunslinger for the large maps..

I suggest Corsair as a base kit for all your maps and Gunslinger for the large maps..

I would also say, if you have to, buy Corsair and also Hooligan for larger maps. m1 twins is good enough, and you will need to save as many crystals as possible for m2s. However, if you decided to just play on small-medium sized maps, buying Keeper and Corsair, and using m1 titans with m1 twins (very overused) would dominate. 

 

But yes, Corsair ftw, and I would try to avoid other m1s, if you can.

You can get them with buying quite easily but definitely OP. The Stinger kit is even worse, M2 Hornet & M2 Isida at WO4, almost unkillable for an unskilled player. AND I'm seeing full M3 combos at my rank. Edited July 3, 2016 by Ninja
