I don't like the new kits, but ironically I've bought one. Mostly because I know that there's bound to be a lot of people at my rank who do buy, and I won't be able to keep up unless I do as well <_<

 

I'd have preferred that the kits were unlocked at the appropriate ranks; or perhaps you could buy the kit and anything beyond your rank is greyed out until you get promoted.

This update is horrible ive never seen so many noobs look like marshals. Also ive never seen this many drug war. Tanki now think about this how will all the non buyers be able to keep up with this level of play?

I can't find any games without drugs now. When I say drugs I mean 95% of the people are on drugs. Non-buyers will only be Mults now. Just stand around and go for Crystals. You can't really do much since you can't kill not even one tank. I can usually kill about 8-15 Brigadiers-Gens. in 13 minutes, but now I could only score one. Sad. . . sad. . .

You'd think that with the 10x update people would be using less drugs since it costs even more and crystal income is hardly a trickle...but it seems that's not the case. Even at my rank a good 50% of battles there is always a chronic drugger..as if they are in the test server or something. Maddening. Supplies kits make it even easier to "feed the beast" too.

I will give my example: I want to get rail m3 which i can get when i buy medium m3 kit. BUT im getting other stuffs which i don't like so in this case getting kit will be useless, and if you think rest of the stuff in the kit are useful to you then i recommend getting a kit then.

Like almost all of my tanki friends are going too. But I wanted to know who already has purchased one and whats their experience like using it against non-buyer. I might get it if earning crystals are good. Considering buying titan m3 pack but it's darn expensive ( luckily it's only available till Commander), otherwise getting m2 viking might be the option but I already have m2 thunder and sandstone.

Yes, but with all those ruined battles, when those lower ranks do get to your ranks, they will have such low amounts of crystals for all the XP they've gained. Garages will suck, etc. and it won't be a very fun gameplay.

If the original price of what you want is exceeding the kits price then you should go for it. But i will recommend to wait till sales, and if sales are not worth it then go for kits

You're right I can wait for the sales. Luckily the kits stays forever.

These are just the figures I counted on each of the OP of these threads thanks to forum voting system, so this represents only a tiny fraction as only a few of all tankmen bother to come to the forum, and out of them only a few bother to vote up or down.  So this is only a tiny fraction of the overall thoughts of tankmen.

 

Do the maths and you'll find out that there never was such an unpopular idea ever on tanki for as long as i've been here.  Not even rebalance had that much haters, not even update 1.100 (graphics)  and not even 1.123 (new economics) ... for as much as I recall.

 

The reason is simple, everyone (apart from a few) hate the idea that someone comes in a game where someone is pawning with equipment he is not supposed to have at his rank.  

Having rank limitations when creating battles had just become an obsolete thing !!

 

If it wasn't for that one thing, kits would have received all applauses instead of that big booing ....

Another disconcerting fact is that those threads are still open for discussion on German and Russian forums, but somehow for some reasons its been locked down on English side.  We wonder why...
