I have question (I dont know if this was asked before...) :

I have fully micro-upgraded Railgun m2, I wanted to get Rockshaper Kit, but Railgun price in the kit was not shown as 0, it was shown as a full m3 price, why?

You're better off buying a different kit with Viking and then buying M3 Railgun for 0 crystals when you reach Marshal.

Your loss. Kits are obsolete for upgrading with the MU cost change.

 

Kits are useful only for buying a brand-new hull, turret and module to your garage. Unless of curse you are a buyer with a fat wallet.

i could have saved almost 100k had i bought that instead of raiden. i got raiden only for the thunder and module. I'm gonna buy jackhammer soon anyway so the viking would have been wastd anyhow..

you're comparing those 2? well i use hammer is best with wasp, hunter or viking and works well with titanand dictator but doesn't work with hornet and mammoth for me.

 

actually i don't even use hornet for anything.

 

also, i already have vulcan protection.. but i don't have protection for smoky and hammer, the 2 most dangerous turret so i desperately need the module from jackhammer. plus hammer protection is very important for self damage from hammer.

Lol, i hate using hornet at high ranks. Easy to be killed by druggers.

I got Bulldozer during a massive sale which reduced its price to nearly 100k crystals, I spent the entire day earning 15k EXP to rank up and buy it (I was Major).

 

I actually could have got Ant at the same time, but forgot to. They removed all the M3/M2 kits a month or so later. I felt so lucky, because they also rebalanced Thunder at the same time, making it much better and so I had great equipment at a fairly low rank.

At that time they had really low discount, and often quite weird unlock ranks, for example isida wasp M2 at colonel or so.

New raiden (as you can see it now, previously only with Emerald, as modules were still not implemented) was moved one rank further, at Lieutenant colonel, and given emerald. After then with M3 equipment balance it was removed, and all M3 kits are unlocked from that... eh "3 golden stars" rank.
