Let's Discuss Product Kits

..They said it themselves: They want to make heavier hulls more popular. Theor front to it is that the heavier hulls aren't common enough (HAH! Have any of the devs even BEEN to a singular-point CP match before?!). This could have one of two endings. One: Everyone conforms to heavier hulls. Two: Most lightweight players would simply stop playing, meaning less money going towards the devs.

Unfortunately people seem to mix up balance with fun-based-popularity with equal-diversification .

By my opinion the game was next-to-perfect balanced, until troubles started with introducing three features (autoaim turrets, hammer, vulcan). Instead of changing those.. a new balance is here. Ok.. it is a step to get this fixed.. but it is currently still away from beeing balanced again.

- fun-based-popularity is derived frrom personal motivations and prefferences. To play what you like. And if more people on this world preffer Thunder instead of Smokey.. then so it be.

You can not change the players !!!

You can only work on the fun-factor of your weapons and hulls, so they meet the players playing style.

- balance means no combo is overpowered. Each hull/turret has the same chances to to the job it was designed for as long as you use right tactics on the right map. So you are free to pick the combo you have fun with, get skilled, and face the same chances on the battlefield.

- equal-diversification: someone invented the paradigma, that each hull and each turret should have "the same amount of playtime in the game". But instead of changing the fun-factor of the weapons they tweak balance (hitpoints demage - leave light hulls killed by 2nd hit.. ) to reach diversification. I think that is the wrong aproach.

By this diversification-must-be-equal they mess up the game.. :/

I have a question guys!

There is one kit who cost 100 000 (that is example) and it has 25% normal discount but also it is new year (example) and sale is 50% on all.

What is the price of the kit?

My calculating: 100 000-25%= 75 000=> 75 000-50%= 37 500 crystals, or not?

Or just 50% on normal price (no 25% kit discount)

Please post answer.

lemme tell you,

the pitbull kit before atom was 147 k price

in Iron days sale it was 25% off,

they did the 25% off hammer and hunter in the kit, then reduced the 35% from it

and it became 103 k :)

Let's take a look at the following picture:

mTndGJZ.png

The discount of this kit is 45%. The price shown inside the red rectangles is the price you need to pay to buy this kit. This price already includes the 45% discount. So if there's a 50% discount on all items that are a part of the kit, you just need to divide the price inside the red rectangle by 2.

If the price (inside the rectangle) of the kit you're mentioning is 100 000, the kit will cost 50 000 crystals on 50% discount.

I have to disagree ._. the pitbulls price was like 147k, if we do (147000*30)/100 it = 51 450

147000-51 450=95550 and the kit was like 103 k :p

I think that player wants to know the price of a kit that costs 100 000 crystals (for example) when there's an extra 50% discount.

Ty for help.

Also i have another question...

If i have fully upgraded damage on firebird m2 (example and m3 cost 300 000)- so i have 22% discount on m3 and there is 50% sale on all (new years sale) it will cost 300 000-22%-50%?

My calculation:

300 000-22%=233 000 and then -50%= 116500

Please post your opinion

300 000-22%=234 000 and then -50%=117 000, but yes, the idea of your calculations was correct.  :)

No problem. :P We all make miscalculations. :P

Sorry for being a lil off-topic, but cause you didnt answer me there ..-.. :p

Wooow! Thunder m4 kills hornet m3 in only 1 shot with double power and mammoth m3 in 2 shots with double power! Amazing! The reload time is a bit too long in my opinion, but the damage Thunder deals really offsets it!

How can that even be possible

Even M4 hammer cant do that

Sorry, I thought it was a rhetorical question. :p

Mammoth m3 has 406.6 hp. my Thunder m4 hits 85-115.

If I can deal more than 101.65 damage per shot on average, I can kill mammoth m3 with 2 shots by using double power.

*checks what does rhetorical mean*

My bad, I think I forgot the DP part

Any ways, high chance you cant kill it in 2 shots, cause of the damage,

Putting trust in it is a double-edged sword :D

When you're close to your Mammoth m3 opponent, chances of killing him in 2 shots with DP are getting bigger. :D

As kill yourself too

And as you have M4, lets think your opponent has M4 too,

You need 4 112.5+ shots meaning you have to be real close :P

Id most likely buy refrigerator if it comes in a sale,

Its fun now, you have to aim with the hull instead of turret :D

Buying most of the M3 kits give me a Huge advantage,

Assuming this is my garage
